if you are pregnant, and a man you slept with thinks it's his and wants a dna test do you have to have it done?

If he takes you to court you do, unless you can prove otherwise someone else is the father through a dna tst first.

What I dont get, is if the father wants to be in the childs life and is willing to pay child support and is doing what he needs to, why would you not want him in the childs life? I hope maybe your case is different but I have seen far too many times kids being used as pawns to get back at an Ex. I sincerly hope that is not the case.
