ok so i'm pregnant and i've been having dreams that my boyfriend is cheating on me, then in my dreams i leave him but that he don't care. how should i handle it i get so paranoid that he's going to lose intrest in me since i'm getting bigger. will he cheat should i trust him?

gevisanchez--If you don't act insecure and needy, then he'll be a lot happier to be with you. Nobody here has any idea whether he will be faithful or not, because we don't know him. Dreams are often just a reflection of your worries. Stay confident about yourself.

i wouldn't worry about the dreams themselves so much as your reactions to them while awake. i had my baby 11 days ago and dreamed the other night that my baby was swapped w/my friend's baby, and i had to give him to her, nevermind that we're entirely different ethnicities. but there's no doubt my son came out of my body.
whether you should trust your boyfriend or not is something you should decide based on things he does, not things you dream about. i'm all for trusting instincts, but dreams can get a little funny on us at this time. i truly hope that your boyfriend's interest in you is more than physical - in which case your physical changes won't affect his interactions with you...
