is the father also a minor? i don't know too much about the child custody cases... but my guess is that if you are capable of taking care of the child (financially & mentally), then you should be able to keep him/her. But if you're not, and daddy is... he probably has a fair chance at full custody (if he's over 18). If you're lucky... they'll let you keep the baby AND make him pay child support. Typically, the judge tends to let baby stay with mommy. But I would definetly check with a lawyer or legal aide to be certain.

thank you !....but also as a minor i have no job or no car ! not yet but im capable of getting them ! and no the father is 19 and has a job but the thing is i want to go back to school and go to collage or at least get my high school doploma ...

yes he can take your child or gain partial cusrody depending on your situation. best of luck.
