I just want all of you to know that you can do this if you put your mind to it. I was married and had one child, then things got bad, so I kicked him out. I was in Oregon at the time and he moved back to his home state of Ohio. Two Weeks later I found out that I was pregnant with my second child. I was horrified how I was going to make this work. It was the hardest thing to tell my parents as I thought I had failed. Needless to say it took me 3 years to get divorced, and till this day he has only seen his second child twice...He will be 10 in April, and my oldest is 12. We have no contact with him, but I get Child support........but there was a time when I recieved nothing. You need to be strong and have faith, and of course sacrifices are common. I now have a wonderful BF who I love with all of my heart. We didn't expect to get pregnant, but I believe everything happens for a reason. I have faith no matter if he continues to be in the picture or not that I will be okay, and so will my kids. You have to believe that things happen for a reason, and try to come to terms with the rolllercoaster ride of life. I love my kids more than anything, and I wouldn't trade my hardships that I have had to face with anything. I am a much stronger person now, and like who I am. If any of you need anything please don't hesitate to ask for the help. I'm 36, and have been to h__l and back!!!

You sound very emotionally mature. The older that I get, the more I realize that life is about the journey, not the destination. You have learned much along the way, and you should be proud of yourself. A roller coaster ride can be scary, but it can also be thrilling. How you respond to the ride is as important as the ride. You seem like a good person. I hope that things work out well for you.
