Anyone Ever Been In This Situation

I just found out I am pregnant and I'm 25 weeks - I know I need to first make an appt with my OB - anyone ever been in a similar situation? I thought I was only about 12-14 wks based on my last period. I was told by the Doctor at the clinic I went to yesterday that it happened to her. How might this have affected the baby being that I haven't done any prenatal stuff and I'm already 6mos along.

how do you not know that you are that far gone? i dont understand. Already my pants are tight, that would have been my first indicaton right off the bat. unless u did harsh drugs and drank, life was pretty much normal for u evrything should be fine. mayeb just make sure your getting enough vitamins. make sure u get the amnio test, for downs or at least blood work..good luck and congrats
