Don't feel bad, it was done to me right before and after, to make it worst 1 day before christmas eve, he left me and the new born to go have s_x with that b*@tch. I went to the TAFDC (welfare office) tell them you want no contact with him at all, they will submit a claim to the DOR, and you will take him to court for child support, the DOR does it for you. They will try to set up a visitation order while your there. You then must tell the magistrate why you feel he shouldn't be in the baby's life, and trust me it better be a good one. It's very very hard to terminate his rights, he needs to be doing something along the lines of abuse to you or the baby, or abusing drugs. I know you hate him right now, and i don't know the other circ_mstances with you two, but is it worth your child not knowing the father? It sux so bad doesn't it? why they act this way when we are pregnant is beyond me.
