I see that many women like myself are left alone so-called " fathers" of their kids. If at some point those guys will want to come back into your or your baby's life can you forgive them?

My ex will always be allowed in our daughter's life if he chooses to be, and should he sincerely appologize I WILL forgive him... BUT.. I will never forget, and we will never get back together.

hi zon. i had a child 9 years ago out of wed lock. the dad came back when I was 8 month prego. We stayed together until she was 6 months. It was month of arguing and pain. He had hurt me so much leaving me prego and alone, that I could not forgive him. Plus, after you have the baby you change so much. he fought me on everything. Visitation, paternity, and child support. Now, he sees her every other weekend, and pays c/s but not on a regular basis. He has never gotten another serious girlfriend, and tried many times to get back together, but I was done. He had cheated on me, denied being my daughter father, left me alone. The damage was done. I have heard of people working it out, but I do not think it is many. You will change alot in the next year. Especially when you are skinny again, and meet someone who loves you and your new baby. Why be with the one who abandoned you. How could you trust them again? Good luck if you do, but it my case it did not work.

Right now, I think I would allow my ex back into my life but I also feel it would be a mistake that I would regret. My feelings for him are still here now even though he has done some foul things to me. Hopefully I will be stronger after my baby is born.

There is no way I could ever let my kid's father back in my life for the way he treated me..I cant even tell you all the horrible things I have had to endure! Im almost 6 months pregnant now and i havent heard from him. I hate to be sour on relationships, but I dont think i will be dating or having s_x for a LONG time..
