I would like to say, I am sorry you are going through this, this is not an easy thing to do, adoption or aborsion. I am only given my oppinion from a couple that wants to adopt. I feel there are so many couples out there that are unable to have children, I know you are in a bad situation, I feel you will have many regrets on an aborsion, and that procedure can also risk you from having children in the future. I had a friend that had an aborsion and she had so much scar tissue that she is unable to have children. These are chances that one takes. I always believe in taking a bad situation and turning it into a good situation. If you know in your heart you are not ready for a child, look at parents that are not able to have them. Give them a gift, but when searching if you choose look at an open adoption so you can always have some kind of contact with the adoptive family. I know when we find our birth mother, we want them to be a part of our lives. But before making any moves, know in your heart what you want. Dont jump into aborsion until you have read all the research, Dont jump into adoption if you are unsure, this will only break hearts of those waiting. One last thing... do you even know how much a person gets paid each month on welfare? In my county I get $305 a month.. and that's for 2 people (includes my daughter).. AND... when her father starts paying child support, I will only see $50 of it. The rest goes to pay back the state for my welfare (including the arrears). I completely forgot about that until just now. So technically the taxpayers aren't really paying for me to be on welfare, my daughter's deadbeat dad is (or will be). Now WHO needs to get educated???

people one welfare don't have it easy i never been have been working and going to school my whole life yet I have seen people on welfare and they live very poor there is nothing wrong with helping people when needed and your taxes are not all going to welfare THEY ARE GOING INTO SOMEONES ELSE POCKET AND IT SURE IS NOT THE POOR SO PLEASE

Then you are really against taxes of any kind. Too bad you don't have a time machine or you could go back and a__sinate Woodrow Wilson. In any case, if you don't want to pay sales tax don't buy anything or shop in state where there is no sales tax. If you don't want to pay tax on services stop buying the services. I guess now you're doing the very thing you wanted some of these ladies to stop doing and taht is BITCHING. Tax are not going anywhere at least be happy that a percentage albeit small is going to something worthwhile.

i have been on welfare and it is so not how u r saying. even while on it, we still had to wonder where the gas to go to the next dr app would come from. its not like we are ALL out partying and having a ball on ur taxes. i know for a fact that between working to pay bills and putting gas in your car to get to WORK OR TAKE YOUR KIDS TO DAYCARE, u would know, there is no extra. so im glad u have all this money to live comfortably, but not all of us r that lucky. i am a single mom and its hard. even with my job. so yes there r ppl abusing the system, but ppl who r b___hing that someone may get groceries deserves to see what its like on this side of the fence. maybe u would know how bad it feels having to use toys for tots to get ur kids christmas. maybe u should see how it feels to never be able to go out to a movie, let alone vacations. maybe u should see how it feels to have ur kids ask y their cla__smates dress better. maybe u should all see what its like to drive a beater instead of a nice car. see how it is to be single because ur husband died and not get child support. maybe u need a reality check. if it was just u i would say i wish u seen how it is to be poor, but no kid deserves that. i just hope maybe this opens some eyes.
