This thread is nearly a year old. By My calculations ruthie been had the baby and kept it or adopted them out already. Its sad to see so many couples in need of a child..whynot adopt a child with a disability?

did she have the kid, and did she find a family

I am considering adoption because i'm in a very messy position right now. I live far away from you guys, I live in Irvine in Scotland, I have planned to move to Ireland with my baby when he/she is born. Can anyone help me in getting some info on private adoption? We have been asked by a friend who knows someone that is seeking a couple to adopt her baby. We have been trying to have a child for years and I know all about the heartbreaks so I don't want to set myself up for more. The birthmother is not willing to meet until her maternity leave starts. Where can I get info on private adoptions or where do we start. Any replies would be welcome. Thank you

don't be afraid to put the children up for adoption. i am looking to adopt multiples and i know that there are a lot of really great families out there. i know that my husband and i have even decided to keep in touch with the mother once we do adopt. children are a gift. they will be loved.

don't give ur twin babies away . u will definitely regret it one day . maybe not now but 1 day in the fothcoming future . these twins are your blood . these very precious bundles of joy need u in their life because u are their natural mother . if u are going 2 give them up , u are deserting them too when they need u the most . and no mother does that 2 their kids . u will end up hating urself if u do . please don't do it . u will never 4give urself . good luck
