We are young, full of energy, have a great family support system, we have years of experience with children and we would love a baby! We are currently waiting to be matched with a baby or a child in the foster care system but it is taking alot longer than expected. i think that you trying to adopt is great. i know of a site where the costs are low and you have a wide selection of race and open or closed adoptions to choose from. if youu want to, you can e-mail me and i will forward you this information. wannabe_mommy1100

Although wanting to adopt is great, I find these types of postings on these forums completely inappropriate. kcg, with a psych background, you should know better...!!!

I’m just being curious, please don’t take offence to this because there is none indented. If you are capable of having children (I'm sure I read this somewhere, forgive me if I'm wrong) and still want to adopt don’t you think you are potentially bumping another couple that can’t have a child and is dying to do so? Speaking from a once single mom, I’d never consider giving a baby up for adoption from someone who posted over the internet as opposed going through a agency of credible couples.

I never met to offend anyone by my post. I didn't take offense by your message, I understand what ur saying.... Yes we can have children but that doesn't mean that we won't adopt because we can. There are more than enough children who need to be adopted by families that i am not worried about "bumping" a potential couple wanting to adopt.
We have an approved homestudy that is also special needs approved through a great agency so we are a "credible couple" :-)
