OUCH! That must have been some party. CPS will not take your baby unless it is neglected or abused. You will have to visit the various agencies to discover what financial aid is available. Good luck!

please consider adoption. Everyone may benefit from good adoption plan. Do a little research. Now with open adoption you can have contact and continue to be part of the child life. Adoption is a wonderful choice.
