So Jarad and I were at his uncles benifit (he just died in a wreck) and he was crying because they were playing a song John (his uncle) wrote and wanted to know if we could have another baby after Rylans born!?! I was in complete aw. I said we could a few years after Rylans born but not right away...he seemed upset about it but left it alone. Then we got home at like 12:30 am and were getting ready to fall asleep and he askes again... :/ What is up with him?
I would like to have another but not right away, am I being mean by saying no, not yet?

You're not being mean, you're being sensible. (Yeah I am one to talk!) He is likely just going through a phase right now. Death in the family can do that to people. Just wait until he has a taste of one. He'll likely stop asking after that! I am getting ready to have my 2nd in January and my first is only seven months old. It is quite a bit of work, being pregnant and trying to take care of a little attention hog, and then work, and moving (Still in the process! Seems like it's been forever). You will have your hands full so stick with the plan for now, he'll be alright. Just stay as sympathetic and loving as you can be when you say it's not a good idea right now.

Thanks, I feel horrble for him. His uncle was like a father to him, the only one he had and now hes gone. He was only 42, WAY to YOUNG! Its sad! But I think your right its probably just a phase...because when he has to get up at night for Rylan just once he will change him mind...im sure,Lol.

If you're open to it maybe you can change Rylan's middle name to his uncle's first name. That might make him feel better. We recently found out that my mom has skin cancer, I know that if I have another girl I will definitely name her after my mom... Whether she makes it through this or not. Just the fear of losing her makes me want to have a piece of her that will live on...and also let her know how much I love and appreciate her.

I tryed that but he dosnt like the sound of it, and he said that wouldnt bring John back. He gets angry and sad all at the same time when we talk about him. But that was a good idea.

^ I did too! Lol. Hes getting better about the whole thing now that we talked last night. Im going to stay with him tomorrow night and hopfully he wount ask again...Lol.
