whether you eat or not your baby will get what he or she needs and you will get very sick. i learned that the hard way. i didnt know i was pregnant and have always had irregular periods and wasnt uncommon for me to go 3 or 4 months with out one and i decided to go on a crash diet and got very sick. my mom forced me to go to urgent care at the hospital and thats when i found out i was pregnant. your body will protect your child before it protects you.
