Honey, it's really sweet what you're trying to do, but the reality is that you are putting too much on yourself with that task. I did that too because I didn't even have a baby book. My parents had one for my brother but lost it, had one for my sister that she ruined, but I tried to save as much as possible-I have my niece's baby book and had to be the one to fill it out, and I found out they had a book for me but......no one knows where it is and they say it isn't worth even having because hardly anything was in it. I tried really hard with my son, and I did good for all the sweet pregnancy stuff, and the early stuff, but I'm telling you that it gets harder and harder, and also you find yourself being the observer of moments sometimes nad not taking part and enjoying them because you are too busy writing it down. Don't feel guilty. Just always remember to have a camera around, maybe a video camera, and if keep up with the really important firsts, but all that stuff about dating when each and every tooth came in-ahhhhh!!!!! Sweetie you are such a good mommy to her, and I can tell you worry so much over how the things you do today will affect her future, but like I said, pictures and mementos in those books really mean more-I know they did to me. We have 3 huge books of pictures and it doc_ments my family. Your little one will love seeing the pictures youhave of your pregnancy, because just in your face you show sooo much love for her, and she will turn to that. But don't kill yourself, just save the hospital stuff, doc_ment the important stuff, do whatever creative stuff you want, and she will love it!!!! You're so cute Amanda-and meant to be a mommy. If you could have all the resources in the world, would you be like that lady who pops out a kid every year??? The one who's like at 18? I'm not making fun, I would be close if I could-I love being pregnant and having a child, but 18 just seems impersonal, if you get me!

I have sc___pbooks as well they are from birth to a year old, but zaiden's is from pregnancy to a year old/ i only have two pregnancy photos with dante and that is the day before and the morning that i went into the hospital. I was always a little behind on technolagy so i didnt have a digital camera yet. with dante i only had disposible cameras so god only knew when i would develop them, so I just left blank spaces in my sc___p book and marked the rolls of film so when i did develop them i could add them later.....So i wouldnt worry bout your printer breaking you can come up a way to hold it off so you can catch up later on it

I just do sc___pbooking when I don't have anything else to do :) I just remember the days she does things like roll over, first smile, laugh etc. I posted that at like 5 in the morning when I couldn't sleep and decided to catch up haha. I got one picture printed then it freaked out on the second one so my unlce is fixing it for me. Like I said I'm on the computer a lot when I'm b___stfeeding and I have this little notepad that organizes what I'm going to do on the sc___pbook, like a to-do list. It's more fun than anything else. I take a billion pictures of her anyways, I might as well put them to use :) DB! I saw the pictures of you and your family going to shark reef! Aww I went there like two years ago and I've always wanted to go back. I'll wait til Ellie is a little older but I think she'd love it.

Amanda yea it was alot of fun! my friend who is one of my best friends but i met on here, came to town (her kids are 10 days and i think its 4 days younger then mine..we talk to each other through our labors.lol) So we took all the babies and they had a blast! we went halloween afternoon so they did trick or treating in there. It is way worth the money> I want to go back and i also want to go to the bodies exibit we have out here

Oh tess don't feel bad-you have so many pictures doc_menting you and your hubby's courtship, and your pregnancy, and her through the years-if you keep that up with however many children you have and keep those in some kind of organizer for them then it will tell the story of your family-it will be magical!
