well for me anyways lol :D Jon and I have decided that we are going to get married, my mom has said she is willing to sign my papers and he is already 18 so legally he can get married. We are going to aim for next Nov but arent toooo sure yet on the exact time! ALSO we sat down and talked and decided that i dont really like working at the call centre anymore so im goingto look for another job, one for during the day :D ANNND lol we have a few open houses to rent to own a house one of them sounds amazing we look friday and they are an old couple who have a ranch just outside town and its on 1 acre with a jacuzzi and everything and they are more than willing to have us there they think that us being so young and looking for soemhting like this is wonderful! just thought id share with you all :D

yes..!! i just got off the phone with the owner of the house i want. its 1400 a month plus utlities it has a jacuzzi in the master bedroom, granite throughout the whole house, on one acre andthe house its self is 3000 sq ft. It sounds amazing and there is an upstiars kitchen as well as a basaement with a kitchen and its 3 bdrms! very nice people, they want us to come look at it and if we wnt it its ours!!!!! I cant believe it lol :D Im very happy!

1400 a month? plus utilities?Thats kind of pricey for a first home. No offense, but how can ya'll afford it?

jon makes 500 a week so alone he has the house covered and its energy efficent the couple said they dont pay more than 200 for utilities a month, and with me working full time we wont a have a problemm its pricey but its such an amazing house

money will be tight dont get me worng lol and they siad we can rent out our bas____nt if we want to a freind or soemthing, and they would have there own kitchen bathroom ect.. so we may do that and then our cost is cut

The cost of living must be wayyy different between our two areas lol. Thats more then twice what the rent would be for a house like that around here. We're moving into a two story, 4 bedroom , 2 bathroom house. Dining room, living room, play room. Complete with full bas____nt, 2 pole barns, etc. and the rent was 600 a month. There is no way i would pay 1400! It had better be a mansion!

The price of her place is right for what we have around here.. lol. For an apt, a two bedroom one bath that's nice, it's like $900 - $1000 to rent. My first place was 850 and it was a ONE bedroom and that was before we had Addy xD

Wow. Where do you guys live at? I live in hicktown Ohio. Just a small town girl, lol. When we travel i notice small differences. Like an item at Wal-mart will be almost twice as expensive then it is back home. Ive even notices gas will be like 50 cents difference.

Wow California is way more expensive than there you guys live haha. You could get a c___ppy studio apartment on a shady side of town for 900 a month. My sister is renting a small two bedroom house with practically no front yard for about 2400 a month.

Thats why jobs pay so much more everywhere else. When i first heard how much other people made i was like d__n. But then i heard how much everything else costs and it all evens out.

Yup. I think minimum wage here is like $8.50... I hear in some places its as low as $5 O_O

Yeah Cali is as ridiculous as new york!!! Also I think naturally the illinois area is really expensive, especially around chicago. I have to say, I HATE where I live, but it's nice to know that if I wanted that kind of house it'd only be like 8-900 a month. A small little house could go from 200-400 a month. Well congrats on all the great changes! Just remember to stay away from that jacuzzi until after you've had the baby

Man after you said jacuzzi I'm awfully tempted to take a swim. I have one, but it's like 50 bucks to heat it up... ridiculous. The past week the pool water has been really nice, but not jacuzzi nice :(
