Can I Get Pregnant With Cysts

i haven't gotten my period since november 23rd 2011. i started to get sharp pains in my left side by my ovary. so i went to the doctor & he says i have small cysts on my left ovary. even though i haven't had my period, i was still ovulating the time i should have been. my partner "came" in me about 6 times while ovulating with this cysts thing going on. he "came" in me just recently. i think i might be pregnant. is there any chance i could be, even though i haven't got my period & i have the cysts.

Lindsey, I don't think you can discount pregnancy just because you have cysts. You have a right ovary too. You are now two weeks late. Do you have a list of early pregnancy signs to report? If you don't believe the doctor, take a couple of home preg tests, first morning pee at one week intervals. GL!
