I am 38 weeks 4 days and my morning sickness returned at 38 weeks, it sucks. My OB says it is not uncommon for that to happen. It could be hormones, or it could be the pressure the baby is putting on your stomach. The only thing he told me was not to eat any bananas. Apparently they are full of natural sugars and get metabolized in your system so fast that they can make you hypoglycemic and thus even sicker. I didn't know that the mornig of my 38 weeks appointment and a banana is the only thing I had eaten berore I saw him, and man was I sick as hell. It was so bad that he went and found me a granola bar with protien. I was sick all day long. Since then it has been better, but still noticeable and enough to make me miserable at times.

Yes I got mine back around 31 weeks too - now at 38 weeks and still have it - not loving it let me tell you haha. Oh mjvdec01 I eat a lot of bananas - esp on my cereal in the morning so that could explain a bit - I will cut down on them now!! Also getting the WORST reflux but just started these Digestive Enzymes tablets you take after meals and surprisingly they are working so far! Which is a MASSIVE relief! :)
