omg one more month, i cant stand all this pain anymore. It hurts to do everything, im so big... i can't even sit up from lying on the couch. Sleepless nights, no matter what i do, nothing is comfortable even with those pregnancy pillows =( im about to go crazy. My belly is so itchy and my bely ring is getting annoying but the doctor said it will hurt if i take it out from scarred tissue later on. Ive stopped working, so i pretty much just attempt to clean around my house and decorate the nursery. Backache is getting worse too, feels like its going to break if i sit still too long. I NEED HELP!!!! any tips with backpain, and sleepless nights? good luck to everyone xx

Try taking two extra strength tylenol before you go to bed. It has helped immensely for me. I have really bad round ligament pain but it helps a lot. The pregnancy pillows help but I am still pretty miserable, too. Of course I'm 6 days overdue now but it's been that way for a while. I took out my belly b___ton ring back at 6 weeks because it was irritating me and it hasn't hurt. I don't know what your Dr. is talking about with that one but if it's bugging you, I say take it out. Also benadryl is alright to take once in a while if you really can't sleep. I've done that a few times just to get some rest. Good luck!

I gave up fighting the sleepless nights so I just started staying up till I couldn't take it anymore and I fall right asleep. Granted, I usually go to bed now at 6am and get up at 2pm but since you're off work like me you can probably sleep when you want. Try to get through this week, then maybe you can drive yourself nuts after that about how to go into labor lol As far as backpain, look up homedics ma__sagers. I know they have them at Walgreens and I had gotten a back one that has handles or you can just lean back on it to hold it in place and it kneads your back just like somebody's thumbs would. Maybe some tylenol and a nice back would help too. Aveeno and Eucerin also make and anti-itch lotion.

i suggest a professional ma__sage. it really helps relax your muscles. i usually get one once a week and go right home to bed. so great!

If you get a ma__sage, make sure they are specialized in pre-natal. Other than that, just make sure you have the right pillow......that makes a big difference. Make sure your neck is aligned with the rest of your body. I would also take out that belly ring ! Good luck, and how do you knwo you only have one week left ? Are you having a scheduled c-section ??
