Anti D Injection 28 Weeks

Hi,
I am 28 weeks now, I had my anti D injection 2 days ago, as I am Rhesus negative. I have noticed a lot more movement with my baby since. I am worried that the injection might have something to do with the baby's change in behaviour or could it just be a coincidence?
