I am 37wk3d..Today my OBYN told me the baby's head is high..I need to walk a lot for her head to engaged..This will be baby # 2...My question will this cause problem in delivery? Had any one have this and how did it goes?

I only know what ive read as I havnt even had my first bub yet (im just over 38wks), but ive read with subsequent babies, its quite normal for women to have high babies who drop and engage just as labour starts ....and for labour to be fast! So dont give up hope :)

hi i am due march 23rd and my baby is also sitting high. my midwife told me 2 do a lot of walking and sit upright. i have also read that second and so on babys often dont drop until you are in labour so am not 2 worried. forgot to mention this is also my second.

Marie, I had my first lo almost 3 months ago and he was in the -3 station until I was 8 1/2 cm at which time he dropped within 20 minutes to +1!! I had less than 10 minutes of pushing, so for me it wasn't a problem...GL and congrats!

Nevermind..my water broke next day and I have a very fast natural birth! Now onto the next stage! :) Good luck to all!

Hi this is my fift babe Dr said S/he is still up in the clouds Im being induced on Thursday if I dont go into labour b4,but it will be controlled as cord ect can come down b4 baby wen u r induced and S/he is high Im 10 days over. I have been walking like crazy and have had faulse labous the past few nights. Its Tuesday where I am.
