Back Pains Turned Out To Be Kidney Pains

Apparently my kidneys are what has been keeping me up through the night. It's very painful and hard to find a comfortable position. Is this common in pregnancy, like maybe the baby is just pushing up against them? Should I be worried?

Here is something that may be able to help you out in bed anyway. Just google Bed-Pal maternity straps. It is a long padded strap that attaches to your footboard. You just grab onto it for help rolling over, sitting up, or getting into and out of bed. I love mine! Hope this helps :-_
