Anyone have breech baby at 34 to 36 weeks with success turning? Any ideas what to try? I've been told to do the bridge and the upside down with hips up positions and hold for 5 - 10 min. And also about music to the low tummy... This works?

My sis in law said she saw her chiropractor and a midwife they gave her exercises and her baby turned.
Both mine turned late in pregnancy too...tho Im not sure how.

I started my childbirth cla__ses last week and the instructor said to do the following to turn a breech baby around: take a flashlight and shine it on your tummy by your hips and then take some headphones and press them to your tummy by where the flashlight is. She said it has like a 80% success rate with turning a baby around. The light and the music attract the baby to where it should be. I am pregnant with twins and Twin B is breech, I am going to start doing this and see if he turns himself around in a few weeks at my next u/s

i am 36+6days today and yesterday i had an appt to talk about bub bieng breech and that i was going to have bub turned.. we did a us and to our surprise bub had already turned! yay.. he just needs to drop more
