Having Pregnancy Symptoms But Negative Tests

About 4 months ago my br___ts doubled in size pretty much over night, so I panicked and went to the Dr who said it's probably nothing to worry about and to keep a check on them. I did a pregnancy test which was negative so I put it out of my mind as I am on the pill and haven't missed any periods. Since then my stomach feels bloated and tight, with a constant full feeling. I had some twinges and slight pain like period pain that came on and off for a couple of months then stopped, and now my stomach feels quite hard and firm when I stand up and seems to be quite rounded. Over these months I have done 3 other pregnancy tests which were all negative. My br___ts feel tender all the time and I have had some nausea in the evenings. I have been burping a lot and am really gassy.
In the last couple of days I have noticed a pulsing sensation, when I look at my belly when I lie down there is a constant pulsing, it has never been there before!! And am also feeling fluttery tickley feelings inside my stomach.
I'm really confused as all the symptoms seem to say I should be pregnant but I'm not. My Dr isn't particularly helpful and either gives you a prescription for something or says it'll probably get better by itself...anyone had anything similar happen? i feel like I'm going mad!

I think you need to have a blood hCG pregnancy test done. That is the more efficient way to determine if you are or are not pregnant. Sometime especially with an ectopic pregnancy, you levels are low and home tests may not pick up on the hormones.
