Help Bowel Movement Hurts Vagina

Im 33 wks and starting to have to refrain my bowelments because i get a pain in my va___a..This is my first preganancy so im wondering if anybody else has felt this? im having a hard time finding ANY info on the net..Is this perhaps my bodys way of letting me know what a real contraction feels like ? its kind of sharp, opening feeling? Its not all bowel movements just ones where i really gotta go and it wants to come out fast. I know this is gross but I'd really like some feedback! help if you can!
