Ladies....
I have come down with a major cold....is it ok for me to use vicks vapor rub? I cant remember if I used it during my other pregnancys or not and I of course wouldnt be using a whole lot of it just enough to relieve myself of this stuffy nose and sore throat.....any help would be great! Thanks!

Sorry you're feeling sick...ugh. I'm pasting a website here that lists medication that are safe to take during pregnancy.

This website says it's okay to use it, but I will say that I went to a pharmycist and they said to avoid cough drops or anything with Mentholatum in it, which Vicks has...but that could be because I was only in my second trimester. If you're unsure, ask your doctor.

Vaporub is just fine. It's just menthol and is way safer than any decongestant.
