Some Cramping Amp Back Pain

h__lo--not sure--but I think I may of had contractions last night. I am 38 wks and I had some period like cramps and lower back pain. The cramps lasted 20-30 seconds, and came on and off for an hour or so, but they weren't super painful. They also stopped, and I slept fine. Today my back hurts on and off, and once in a while I get a little cramp. Baby moves fine, and I have a doc appointment tomorrow, where she will do an internal exam if I would like. So were those contractions?

Sounds like they could have been but when contraction last 45 sec to 1 min those are the ones that are getting you to dilate...Good luck.
