My BFF is due in June. She's been having issues from the start. This has been a rough pregnancy for her. She wants to know what would make her go into labor early? What would help 2 break her water? She's due in exactly 30 days from today. Please help me help her.

If she is due in 30 days, that is roughly 4 weeks. So if she has 4 weeks to go that means she is about 36 weeks pregnant. She is not full term yet. Her babies lungs may not be fully developed yet. She should at least wait until 37-38 weeks to even think about having her baby.

Do not do anything to induce labor yet. I know it is awaful at the end, I am 30 weeks pregnant with our second myself. It is not worth it to try anything yet. Like gabby said, the baby's lungs may not be ready yet and delivering now could be horrible. Just try to support your friend in her misery. Take her to lunch, go buy some baby stuff. She should have a baby shower coming up soon if it hasn't happened already. She needs to relax and wait. maybe her OB would agree to induce a few days early if she asked, or atleast on her due date if she doesn't go on her own.
