WHEN Do I Stop Baby ASPIRIN

Hi, I am 30 weeks pregnant and on baby ASPIRIN since week1 due to previous 3 M/C. I would like to know when should I stop daily baby aspirin before C-section?

I did it with my dd and didn't stop it at all, but I did a v____al birth so I'mm not sure about a c section. Ask your doctor for sure. I was also on Lovenox (blood thinner) shots and I had to stop those 24 hours before my induction. She let me stay on the baby aspirin though.

I'm glad you posted because it reminded me that I too am on baby aspiren and dr. said to take it to about (not sure exactly) 10 weeks before delivery...but, since my ob didn't catch it, you prompted me to ask him. I'll know more this week, and i'm presently 33 weeks.

My doctor always tells me never to stop ASPIRIN. Its like oxygen to your baby. If for some reason I need to do minor surgery e.g. tooth extraction I need to stop 3 days prior.
