Hello! I had a slight scare this weekend; I thought I may have lost a part of my mucus plug. I know this can happen and labor still be weeks away, but my hubby was out of town for the weekend and I was so worried something was going to happen while he was away. But, thankfully, all was fine. At 35 wks, it would be too soon for labor anyway. Maybe labor will come in the next few weeks! That would be nice. My due date is only 32 days away!!! Anyone else feeling the crunch to get ready for baby?

Hey ladies, well last i had a few good contractions, but they weren't that close together. i have a dr. appt tomorrow so maybe he will send me to the hospital.. i am hoping, i feel like c___p

Well Aiden is still in my belly, dr. didn't check me. he weigh 8 lbs 4 ozs right now, and i have an appt.next monday and if my cervix is ready he will induce at the end of next week. but my goal is to have him by this weekend i am uncomfortable.

Wow, jazminesmom, you are so close. How exciting. Wonder how big Aiden will be when you give birth? I had to call my doc today. I've been spotting since yesterday. She says is my cervix starting to thin and not to worry as long as I feel her moving. And she's definately moving. My friend starting spotting and losing her mucus plug 3 weeks ago, and still hasn't given birth yet. Her due date was 2 days ago.

Yeah i am so close, and i am hoping to go this week so i don't have to be induced at the end of next week, i am going to do alot of walking. i think between 8pound 6oz to 8 pounds 11 oz. if i go this week and if i happen to go into labor tonight or tomorrow he would probaly be about the same as today. i can't wait for the little guy to be here

Well i was checked this past thursday- i'm almost 1 cm dialated and he is still "WAY" up high! so he isn't coming anytime soon (which is fine because our closing date on our house got moved and we aren't moving until the 18th of this month - i have a little over 3 weeks left before his due date...with my first i didn't have her until 1 day before my due date and she weighed 7 lbs and 4 oz. jasminesmom your so close hang in there!

i am still hanging in there, i cant for him to come out.

i am still pregnant!!! i want him out and he is just being stuborn. i have cramps, my back is killing me and some contractions. i am just tempted to go to the hospital and get checked to see if anything is going on, the dr. didn't check me at my appt on mon.

I'm sorry Jazminesmom, i know how it feels to be so ready to get that baby out! I think God made us feel that way towards the end, so we would be ready to endure the labor pains...i go back to the doctor today for another appointment and she is supposed to check me again-you ought to ask your doctor to check you at your next appointment- sometimes that will trigger labor and if not you might could talk to her about induction- especially since your little guy already weighs over 8lbs! Hey ladies. My friend that took 7 years to get pregnant had her little girl last Thursday. She weighed 8 lbs 12 oz. My friend is a small girl. She said labor was good after she got the epidural. Another friend of a friend had her 4th boy, and he weighed 9 lbs 8 oz. So, jazminesmom, looks like there are others that were in your situation. Hope that puts your mind at ease some. Keep hanging in there - I know it's not easy. Wish I could give you more comfort.

the dr. is going to check me monday and if my cervix is ready he is going to induce the end of next week. i am hoping he comes this weekend. i know there are others in my situation but i am ready to go. my body acts like stuff is going to happen then nothing. my sister in law had a 10 pound 1 oz boy with no drugs. i am not that strong.

Well, i just got back from my doctors appointment...beta strep test came back negative- heart rate was good- gianed 1lb this week and i'm dialated to 1 cm and baby is still high- she said by feeling of him, she would be suprised if he weighed over 7lbs when born, he is measuring kinda small - 35 cm and im 37 weeks today- We are moving this monday and tuesday so maybe that will help him drop down some- im actually not that anxious to get him out soon- it's sad when i think about my little girl who is two and now mommy has to share her time with another baby soon!

Hello ladies - remember me? Sorry I have been MIA for sooo long. It's amazing how busy you can get and how quickly time goes! I am now 35 weeks and 2 days. I was hopsitalized on 03/12 for the day/night to stop labor. My dr put me on strict berest and Terbutaline until my next appointment on the 19th, when I will be 36 weeks. That's the short version of everything. I have to go back and read all the posts I have missed. I hope everyone is well.

Hello Ladies, I have not been MIA, I'm on here everyday reading you guys updates. Because mines is basicly same stuff nothing, untill this Sat march 15. Well I will be 37 weeks Monday and my Doc still has me on every two week appt. My next apt is not till the 29th and then I only have 9 days till my EDD. I don't know seems like I should be going every week now, but anyway I went to my appt Sat and did the GBS test, after that my doc, and I was concerned about some leakage, so he sent me to the L&D to run more test I was there for 5 hours and having contraction every 8 min the whole time I was there. But after he tested the fluid and ruled out it wasn't my water breaking he sent me home. He told me that I should come back when they are closer. What a tease I would have loved for that to be the end of my pregnancy. But oh well I'm still hanging on. Do anyone else think I should be on a every week visits now.

Hey MamaKeya - yes, weekly visits should be from about 36 weeks...so you should definitely be seeing him weekly. Are you dialating yet? I know it's hard, but the end is almost here. :-) I go to my dr next on Wed and am anxious. My belly is soooo big now. It's hard to do much of anything. Good luck to you and keep us updated!!!

Mamakeya--I would think you should be on weekly visits from 36 weeks on, but I am in the same position you are. My last visit was at 35 weeks and my next isn't until a day before I turn 38 weeks. That's about two and a half weeks in between. I could deliver by then! And, I have not been checked for GBS yet; I had it last pregnancy. I've had contractions thoughout the day today, thanks to a little intimacy with hubby! :) I question calling the doctor, since I am 36 weeks 3 days--so still premature--but I don't think this is IT yet. I had contractions with my first pregnancy for a couple of weeks leading up to labor, and I knew when it was real. This isn't real; the contractions aren't consistent. Anyway, Mamakeya, I understand about being frustrated with having more weeks between visits! :) It doesn't seem fair!
