Arm Cramps Please Help

I have looked everywhere for arm cramps during pregnancy. leg cramps I often get but I can't find arm cramps anywhere. I've had a nasty cramp in my left arm since about 11:00 P.M. and it's now 4:28 P.M. I haven't been able to get ANY sleep! Has anyone experienced any arm cramps? Does anyone know what will help? Do you think I should call up my doctor and tell her or save it for my next appointment? ANY advice would be appreciated. I just can't find anything on arm cramps during pregnancy. I've just started my third trimester by the way.

I've been having them since the second trimester. I've read that it could be carpal tunnel, which seems to be common during pregnancy, but I don't know for sure.

Really? I didn't know that I will look into that and ask my doctor when I see her. Thanks very much.

Usually for cramps in the extremeties they say you need potasium, which you can get from bananas. I would try adding bananas to your diet if you aren't already eating them and see if you get any relief.
