Hi ladies - well I am still preggo too - 38 weeks and 2 days - due August 9th! Finding it hard to sleep and generally move haha. I was thinking it would be cool if my bub was to come on the 08/08/08! haha. But I have a feeling I am going to go over due date - tummy still really high, no mucus plug or braxton hicks or anything! :( Oh well bub will come when he / she is ready - hopefully there will still be some mums here at that stage with me!!!! xx

Hiya GAls!! Sorry I didn't get on earlier to chat with you, this whole mommy thing really takes up your daytime!! I am loving every minute of it though. We had our visit from the hospital nurse today to weigh her nad check both her and me and we are both good to go. She had gone down to 6lbs6oz when we left the hospital, but is now back up to 6lbs 10oz so she is doing good. And obviosuly getting enough to eat. The nurse helped us with some tricks to get a better latch, so it has been more comfortable the last few feeds. Phew! MAKE SURE to take Lanisoh cream withyou to the hospital if you plan on nursing - it is a true lifesaver!! Erin - I am so glad to hear that Cral is back and close, so now miss Cree can come join us anytime!! Get running!! :) Gabbi - Friday huh!!! If she doesn't come before that, when are they going to induce you?? Oh and yes, I absolutley LOVE Casey's crib set!! Made for a true girl!! LOVE IT!!! :) I sure hope that all of you are feeling good or at least decent and Hopeful - I laughed my a__s off at your Walmart story!! I can just picture the whole thing!! You know I really actually miss being pregnant now - NEVER thought Iw ould say that!! But I do miss feeling her move in there and knowing that it was just her and I and that she was so protected in there, must be the hormones. Almost like seperation anxiety in a way - but then look at her and can't believe that she is here. What a mess I am !! :) LOL!! I hope everyone's little ones arrive soon!!

Patti, I am so glad you two are doing wonderful! I know what you are feeling about separation anxiety. It's almost like you had TWO babies, the one inside and the one outside and it doesn't quite click that they are actually the same! At least thats how I can describe it for myself. I bawled my eyes out when we left the hopsital with my first, not out of fear, but almost like it was a small life changing 'vacation' I was never gonna see again. Prepare for those horomones to keep churning!

Ok, Gabbi, I finally got to look at Casey's crib-tres cute! I went the simple route with Cree-crib, matress, pad, and sheet! Hey but they're green and pink! I am 38w4d today and feel like I'm never gonna give birth! Danielle, I hope Chloe is doing well. I agree with whoever said it earlier-where's the red hair!! Leah and Katie, glad to hear ya'll are doing well! We're next....hopefully.

ok guys, I'm totally f'ing freaked out. I just got back from the doc, I'm 3 centimeters and 70% effaced and she said casey is really low. so that explains my cramps. she said she thinks I'm going into labor - I KNOW that it could still be some time, but doc was kinda surprised at how much I had progressed since last visit. My exam hurt SOOOOOO BAD, and now I'm having really bad cramps. I'm a wreck, I'm scared to get out of my chair b/c I don't want to progress anymore b/c now I'm totally freaked out!! I don't know if it's really hit me until now that I'm having a baby!!!! If I don't go into labor by next week I'm being induced at the end of next week. so I better get ready b/c either way she's coming within a week and a half whether I'm ready of not. I just can't believe how freaked out I am right now. I thought I'd be so psyched to hear I'm finally progressing, but NO.....ok anyway. thanks guys for saying casey's crib is cute!! I just finished organizing her room yesterday - I still need to get mike and my dad to put the base and crown molding on her walls, I still need to get curtains and stuff for her walls. I was going to shop for her today but now I'm too scared to leave my house!! Patti, I'm so happy for you, sounds like you're a natural. I think you need to give me some words of encouragement!! and erin, your package is on it's way!!! I'm so happy carl is back too, what a relief. I hope alicia comes on soon and checks in with us!!!

where are you punks???? I'm in so much pain, I don't know if it's from the exam or not. I can barely walk and I'm having such cramps. this b__ws

Aw Gabby, it looks like you are going to be next. I am getting checked tomorrow at my appointment, I will be 39 weeks. They haven't checked me since 36 weeks, and then I was sealed off like Fort Knox, with no signs of labor in sight. So, I am really hoping that I have progressed to something a least. I don't know if the cramping is normal or not, but I bled a litlle after the doc checked me at 36 weeks. I freaked out, but the nurse told me that it was normal. I hope all goes well.

Oh, for everyone who has a myspace, Danielle posted some pics of Chloe. I also put up some pics of Brynley's nursery. The nursery still needs minor stuff done, but you can get the general idea. I was convinced before we knew what we were having that I was going to stick with gender neutral colors. To the point that I bought the crib set before I knew she was a girl. So now, we have a neutral crib set with pink everything else. OOPS....

chloe's a cutie. and katie, your nursery is super cute too!! ok, this is the worst day - if Mike doesn't get home soon I'm going to lose it. I just lost a big piece of my plug, I'm getting so nervous!! I don't want to go into labor!!!!

Gabby! How exciting and scary! I'm sorry you're in so much pain. Is it come and go pain or just constant? I too was checked today and left bleeding and in pain! My girlfriend acted really surprised that I was in pain and bleeding. She said her internals never hurt. Could it be that your dr. stripped you without asking/telling? How long has the pain been going on? Sounds promising that the plug is coming out. When does hubby get home? Maybe a little tylenol would help (if you're not actually in labor that is...I don't think it would do much if you were)?

Hopeful, that walmart story is freaking hilarious! Maybe we should try and milk pregnancy perks while we can. I haven't accepted many (or been offered many actually). I'm pretty good to hubby. I never ask him to get me food in the middle of the night. Sometimes right before bed I do, once he's comfy in it already, but not asleep yet. I guess that's a perk. But other than that I don't really ask for much. We should try asking for ridiculous things and backing it with, "but honey, I'm pregnant!" Hmmm, what should our list include?

hi all. its peaceful here right now, all mykids are asleep at the same time! but little chloe was born saturday july 26th and weighed a whopping 9 lbs and 9 oz! and she was 20 inches long! she is beautiful. i posted my birth story, which is very interesting. Gabbi it sounds like you are going into labor!!! congrats!!!! congrats to patti too! Erin it won't be long now for you and leah and katie!!!

Ok, so I was just trying to figure out what everyone's actual due dates were and for those of you who have had them... who are you and when did it happen, why early, etc. It's hard to follow along... I was telling my husband that it's so unfair that many of you have had your babies already and I haven't! So he asked me details and I couldn't remember all the dates... when you guys get a chance, post your info so we can see where we all stand.... I am due 8/5... so I have 1 week left!

I'm Leah and I am due 8/06. I will be 39 weeks tomorrow and I also have my doc appointment tomorrow. I'm sure everyone knows, but I am having a girl, Brynley Ann.
