I did it! I went to the wedding and didn't go into labor! well, maybe I did though, I think today might be the day. we left the wedding early b/c I was having contractions, I had them on and off the car ride home and once we went to bed I had a few more. we were about ready to call the doctor b/c they were coming quickly, and then they stopped. we slept, I just got up and I'm soooo crampy. I just don't feel right. so we'll see. we have a birthday party to go to if I feel ok, but I'll keep you guys posted. I'm sorry I haven't been asking about or commenting on how you guys are feeling/doing. I'm a little all consumed right now!!!

LOL Gabbi!! You are a trooper girl!! I thought about you all last night wondering how you were making out and if she was going to hang on for you!! But today will be a great day for her to come now. I can't wait to hear all about it and finally see miss Casey!! Good luck if you go this weekend honey, I will be thinking of you!!

hiya ladies! well we got the move done, without baby coming in the middle of it all, which i am grateful for, but i can't believe i'm not in labor yet!! now i want to be done with this, the baby is HUGE and i had a 9 lb baby last time so im not trying to go overdue!!! i had lots of random contractions yesterday, but nothing came of it... they didnt get regular. i went for a walk today too, tired myself out but no labor. arrrg! the anticipation is killing me!!

still here, still pregnant!! patti, you're such a doll, worrying about me :) just got back from my girlfriend's babies 1st birthday party. I was the main attraction once again - now when people ask me when I'm due I can say "yesterday!!!" after my cramps went away this morning I've felt good and no contractions yet today so I just don't know when she's coming. as much as I'm not ready, I kinda wanted to go this weekend b/c our favorite MD is on call this weekend and we wanted him to deliver us. and if I don't go into labor by monday morning mike might kill me b/c he is not wanting to go to work on monday - he came home on friday with it in his head he was off for 2 weeks. so anyway, I will keep you guys posted! ironmama, glad the move went well and your babe stayed in for you now. now you can work on getting him/her out.!

omg, still pregnant! guess I had nothing to worry about. no one writes anymore, I miss you guys!!! I just posted a picture of me and mike from the wedding that was on my due date. hope everyone is feeling ok and doing good !!

Oh my lord Gabbi, you are the best spirited past due woman I have ever seen!!!! I've only got 5 more days, but at my appt on Tues I am going to tell my doc to strip me and strip me good d__nit!!! Hubby is finally home, so it's time to get this ball rollin'! I feel like the huggest whale ever but you bet your bottom dollar I will be trying to have s_x just outta desperation. Leah, sounds hopeful for you dearie!!!! Who's gonna be next.......

Hi Gals - well I am also on the count down - 5 days to go - ha ha - but I have a feeling I am going to go over the due date - dont think he / she has dropped, and no mucus plug or any other signs? :( But I guess you never never know!) Getting harder and harder to sleep at night and am generally just feeling uncomfy and getting some pretty shocking reflux and other little things but otherwise ok - got to try and stay positive so I am not too moody ha ha. Good luck to you all = keep the birth stories coming!!!! :)

Still no baby here.....I think I finally had a couple of contractions though!!!! Tell me what you guys think. I was reclining earlier b/c my feet and ankles got huge today from going to a baby shower and forcing Keith to walk with me trying to encourage Brynley to come out and meet us. Anyway, I had an irritating pain in the top of my belly. Nothing awful or excrutiating, just enough to make me want to hold my breath. Within a minute or so it was gone. Then 10-15 min later, it came back. Each time I had to focus my breathing, or I would end up holding my breath. After 4 or 5 times it just stopped. I was disappointed, but could it have been contractions or just wishful thinking??

Well i will be leaving home in the next 1/2 hr to head in for my c-section i was just at the hospital earlier today cuz my bloodpressure was 155/101 but it went down and my urin came back ok so they sent me home and said see you in the am so i am getting ready to go i am a but nervous about the whole thing but i will have a great reward in the end so it is woth it hope evryone else does good this week i wont beback on till i am released i will try to have joe post pics on myspace tho good luck to everyone!!!

Congrats Katie!!!!! Post pics and stats asap! Leah, those sound kinda like Braxton Hicks to me. For me, real contractions are more of like someone is grabbing your cervix and putting lots of pressure on it and my stomach hardening. The pain is more down low. But thats me. My b___bs are feeling very peculiar since yesterday. They are really tingly and heavy. I've never gotten my milk before birth, but maybe I am this time. Oh yeah and tons and tons of clear discharge. Wishful thinking! I am counting down the hours till my appt tomorrow!

heya mamas~ so as of today i am officially overdue. and after all of this waiting, i can't take it anymore!! i am cranky and emotional and HUGE and tired and DONE with being pregnant! ARRRRRG!!!! i've tried lots of s_x with the hubby, i walked miles yesterday and the day before, heck i spent three days moving and that was a huge ordeal and i thouroughly exhausted myself! how on earth is this baby still in there??? i feel like i'm going crazy, like it will never come out :( my first was overdue by 4 days and at the time i had a midwife who gave me some homeopathic blue cohosh, which got things started... but this time i'm with a regular doc and im not too sure about this stripping membranes thing.... kinda scary.... i've had contractions off and on for days now, yesterday they got kindof strong but not consistent and by the end of the day they stopped. i remember having some when i was sleeping, but nothing has come of all this.... wish me luck ladies!!!

OMG Gabbi!! I can't believe you are still pregnant!! That Casey is really hanging onto her time in the Spa isn't she!! Erin- lets gets things going!! You have two more days, I hope you were bouncing down those stairs at home all day!! I am so glad that Carl is home now and you have the green light!! Katie - HUGE CONGRATS honey on Chloe!! I am so glad to hear that she is here safe and sound. And wow another big baby!! What is our average so far?? Can't wait to see some pics!!Iron - Lets hope those contractions get coming soon!! It is weird to think that on Wed is my due date and I should still be pregnant with you all, but not. Hopeful - That is very simular to what little contractions I had prior to Jess being born. I really didn't know what I was feeling or if they were contractions, but after being in labour, Erin is right, they are very definitive and low in your Uterus. You will for sure know if it is them or not. They really are not pleasent. But sooooo worth it!! Belly - Overdue for you too huh!! One good thing is that reflux is automatically gone once you have the baby!! It is so nice to not have that anymore!! Here is fingers crossed for all of you to get in there and have those babies!!XXXX

Quick update on Jessica. I think we have her thush under control now and she is doing really well. She has her first checkup tomarrow, so I am curious to see how much she weighs now. I can tell that she has been gaining and her chubby little cheeks are getting plumper!! She has finally gotten her days and nights sorted out and will sleep for about 5.5 hours at a time through the night, so it has been great. She is really a happy little girl. I have been trying to get some more pics downloaded on the photobucket page but it keeps giving me an error, so I will keep trying!!

hey patti!! I'm glad to hear jess is getting better - what exactly is thrush anyway?? I can't wait to see more pics of her! and congrats katie, you had a big booger too. I can't wait to see if I beat you all, I think I may if she keeps being a knucklehead and not coming out! we go to the MD tomm morning so we'll see what they say, last I heard I was being induced on thursday if I don't go into labor. I'm still not totally frustrated with being pregnant. I've had a bunch of contractions today but they haven't been regular. they feel like sharp pains down low and tightening. they feel different from BH defanitely. ok, so I'll keep you all posted.
