Well, last night (tuesday) at 8:00 pm central was Amazing Babies and then after that at 9pm was Deliver Me. Deliver Me is cool because its about obviously women having babies, but it's kinda like a reality show because they go into the doctor's lives just a little bit. But some of the stuff is not so fun like a girl from Guam contracted a disease in her 1st tri so she came to the US because she was high risk and the did an u/s the day she was supposed to be induced and the baby was dead. :-( It was sad. Plus it's just scary to see these women go into spontaneous labor at 30 weeks, 32 weeks, etc. It's like c___p, that could happen to me! I feel Cree's big movements up high too, it's just the hiccup thing that has me thrown off. I'm trying not to worry about it. My doc said he wouldn't worry until about 34 weeks. I have NO desire to work today...AT ALL. I have become so lazy lately. I don't want to get up in the morning, I don't wanna work. I just want to lounge. Plus I wore a short dress today and it is nice and windy. Hard to measure a house while holding down a skirt!

momma, that's nice you're excited for your shower, I'm an anxious mess about it - I know I'll have a great time but I'm dying for it to be over and done with!! I'm so lazy too, I really don't know how I can work another 5-6 weeks. I'm so tired, and I'm having a lot of lower stomach pain when I stand up and walk so everythings becoming difficult!

There are baby shows on during the day on TLC and I have found baby shows at night on Discovery Health. I hope you get mounds and mounds of baby stuff Alicia. I agree with you Gabby though, it is kinda akward to have everyone focused on you. I always feel like I have to entertain everyone and make sure I talk equally to everyone. And that was with small showers, I can't imagine the turnout ya'll are gonna have. Part of me wished I could have a baby shower, but like only request giftcards to BabysRUs or Target. I've got the basics, but I know there are things I'm forgetting, so it'd be cool to just grab a giftcard and go get it. Buuuuttttt, none of my friends or family really cares because it's my 4th ( I mean that in the nicest way possible for their benefit). I am so freaking tired. And now that I moved, it takes like 20 minutes and a lot of gas to get to a bed instead of 5 minutes and not that much gas. Sucks.

Well Gabbi my nubby will be there with me too. Our shower isn't all girlie and stuff. Since Mason of course is a boy we invited my guy friends... ( who have bought great gifts so far) and jeremy's guy and girl friends. So I wanted him to be there too. So all the attention won't be on me and my belly....lol

And gabbi I am planning on working up until the due date or a few days before if they have to induce. My theroy on that is I know if I stop working a week or a few weeks before he is due I will go crazy waiting on him to get here. I will be calling everyone and b__wing up text messages because i will have to do something to keep my mind of delievery etc. Plus I would rather have that time with him after he is here rather than by myself before. But I am sure our lives are different. Im sure where u are u have to walk forever for work while I park next to the door and its not so bad. Erin and I still ahve 9 more weeks till or due date. And I think you only have like 7ish...

I am saying my last day of work is August 1st, but it will really depend on my progression. Although I already now being dialated early does NOT mean inpending delivery for me! But I also can not be on the Southside of San Antonio measuring and go into labor when my hospital is 30 minutes North of San Antonio. I would feel better at least being home with my mom and stepdad (they are appraiser's too and work from their house) should anything happen. They've been outta town for the past week and I have to admit I miss them. I've been so lonely!

Hi ladies, Happy (not so) Wednesday! I keep thinking its Monday since Ive been sick and out of work since Friday! =( DR says its an Upper Respitory Infection - yuck - and gave me Robbitussen with codiene for my cough and an inhaler for some tightness in my chest. I hate being sick - worst part is its all unpaid since Ive used up all my vaca time. cry! So now im sick and poor! Well, Ive got 8 more weeks left ladies - and im starting to get scared. Granted ive been semi preparing myself by watching all those baby shows but who knows what will really happen once our time comes. I just got the crib and bedding set for Lukas - we picked out the safari set from Target - its adorable! Ive got a work baby shower on the 21st then one with all my friends and family on the 28th - I cant wait. Just like Alicia, Ive invited all my mans friends so itll be a BYOB baby shower - how interesting - but that just means more people = more gifts. HAHA. Im so greedy lately. Oh wells, its all for bebe. I still havent got in my NESTING phase yet, which kinda sucks cause our house is a MESS! We barely cleared out enough room in the spare bedroom for the crib, so weve got a lot more work to do before he comes to get his room ready. Plus Ive been dealing with plumbing issues lately - so we got our whole sewer line replaced yesterday. Back hoes and all in my front yard - looks wonderful now - with a whole line of dirt from my house to the street - grr. Sorry for the rant.

I also had a NST about 2-3 weeks ago, I think I might have posted about it, all came back good. The scan - or the paper thingy that calculates the results - that came out all looked consistent - the top line being the heartbeat and the bottom I think was the babies movements. I hadnt felt bebe move for a few days, but he was just being a man (I mean lazy) LOL Since then hes been moving like crazy, making momma happy! Oh and let me tell you Alicia, Ive had a happy trail (or hairy tum tum) for years - not just since being prego, I think it may have something to do with my PCOS - old DR says I had polycystic ovaries, but I obviously ovulated last Novemeber - haha. So.... my girls havent really changed much since being prego, besides hurting in the first tri. I was kinda happy about getting some bigger girls, but it hasnt happened yet. DR says I wont get milk in until baby is born - does that sound right? I a__sumed you would at least start making milk a week or so before birth - anyone else have any insight on that?

Islander I hear ya on the BYOB. Jeremy has a "man shower" w/ just his guy friends and another ones house. I am sure it will be a drunk pool party and they might bring diapers if I'm lucky...lol. But it's all in good fun. I want the most too since we havent really bought anything besides furniture, play pen, stoller, high chair... those kinds of things. I still need the little important stuff like Bottles!!!!! LOL. But I am sure I will get tons of stuff and hopefully gift cards too! I have a funny ?. I HAD my girls pierced several years ago. I can still b___stfeed right????? ( bet you guys would of never thought that about me! lol. I had a fake id when I was 17 and wanted something my family couldnt see... And i knew they wouldnt see those. I even had to wear dark bathing suits so mom couldnt see it. She was so shocked when she found out....)

Hey islander, that sucks about being sick! But it does make me feel better that your NST was consistent like mine. It's hard not to overrule the doctor's opinion and say 'um, I don't think that's right'. I need to learn to accept that he probably knows what he's doing. Haha, Alicia has her t_tties pierced. Man, I'm all for piercing (I have nose and eyebrow) but tongue and nibblets is where I draw the line! Are they still pierced? I would think you could still b/f unless you developed a bunch of scar tissue. Okay, I've decided it is time for me to cut the c___p and start eating healthier. I have been eating horribly and I felt the hugest pang of guilt last night. I was like I can't believe you aren't eating better for your baby Erin! So I went to Subway for a sandwich and I swear I had every intention of getting baked chips, but the Cheetos were staring at me and Chester Cheetah was beckoning me with his seductive smile. So I caved. But at least I didn't get the 2 chocolate chip cookies that I usually do. That's improvement right?

He was born with a head full of red hair too....lol. It was kinda like looking into the future. She will be at the shower so i will try and get some pix.

From My understanding, it's not the exact mix of meds that they would use for a c-section, obviously, but there's a chance that the same ones could be used in addition to the other ones, more specific for a c-section. I have never been a medicine taker, so it's not that I am questioning the meds, but more how I will respond to them.
