Birth Stories

Hello everyone! I am due in july with my #3 daughter and have recently just gotten a computer and here I am. My question is: Do you think reading birth stories is good or bad for us mommys to be? My husband says it only makes me paranoid and his life harder lol! I just want to be prepared for anything, but some of those stories do make me nervous and question symptoms I have. That being said though, I would probably question symptoms no matter what, right? /

I did read them when I was pregnant. Some were horror stories and some were great. I think you just have to go into the delivery with an open mind reminding youself that anything can happen. Just because it turned out one way for someone doesnt mean it will do the same for you. So as long as you remember that you should be fine so why not read them? Good luck! :))

I'm due in June with my first. I love reading birth stories, they actually make me feel more confident! Like, if this person can go through that... I certainly can too!
