In what way drinking milk helps in baby's grouth

When the baby's bones are hardening and forming into actual bones from the original cartiliage stage it asists in making them strong and providing the nutrient s that they need to develop properly. And milk has a lot of good vitamins and minerals in it that help the well being and growth in general. As the commercials say... "Milk does a body good!!" :)

Calcium is found in milk, which is important for bone growth in babies and in mothers. Also calcium helps a mother with her own bones since women are more prone to osteoporosis.
