UGH, it keeps telling me that I'm trying to advertise on here.. I had this whole sweet message for Jen, but this website is being kind of a douche... Anyway, I'm thinking about you Jen! I hope Aaliyah has shown her happy face by now... Shala-I will help you keep this alive, lol., I can't guarantee for how long though, we're off to Tx on MONDAY,.. My husband just got his orders today, ugh.. Anyway, yay for TX..and JEN-I will be driving on I-10 right pa__sed Los Cruces, I thought that was way cool. Ok, night girls.

Baby Aaliyah born last night at approximately 8:30pm au natural (no c-section) mama and baby are doing gr8!

YAY JENN!!! That's great to hear! I had my OB appointment today, and he FINALLY did an internal. (And yes, I'm 40 weeks and 2 days today.) He said things are starting to open up, that he could fit one finger in. (So, that would be around 1-2 cm, right?) Anyways, I don't care, I'm just so excited that things are starting to happen! He feels pretty confident that I'll go into labour on my own this week, but I have an appointment with him next Tuesday. If I'm still pregnant, he's going to induce me on Wednesday. Hurrray!!!! There's a light at the end of this tunnel! And he's guessing baby weighs just over 8lbs (we'll see what my GP says tomorrow...he's supposedly a lot more accurate), which is SO much nicer to hear than a possible 10 lb baby! Last night I had light contractions every 15 minutes, and thought for sure this morning I'd be going to the hospital. So I went to bed to get myself as rested as possible...and nothing! I've had about three contractions so far today. Grrr. Oh well. At least we now have a plan of action! I'm so excited...:)

Thanks Krissy for the update :-) I cant wait to hear your birth story jenn and see pictures of Aaliyah. Jeniece...How are you toay?? Im glad you have an induction date. Looks like its just me and you O(IM due march 15th anyway but hey lol) GL to you...not that much longer :-)

Dont know who will see this lol. Doctor appt was good. Baby is still growing and very active. heartbeat in 130's and doc was pleased. I didnt gain any weight and no progress...my lo will be here for awhile i guess :-)

Shala...that's good about your appointment. (I've had so many tsk-tsk's lately because of blood pressure and swelling and protien in my urine...it's nice that you got the "everything's normal and ok" visit!) I had an appointment with my GP today, and he's guessing the birth weight will be around 9 and a half pounds. Which isn't great news, as I'm a littler person (5' 3"), but like I told him, there's not a whole lot I can do about it! My lo's heart rate is lowering, which means labour will be coming. Other than that, they basically told me to not come back next week, because I need to have this baby! I've been feeling really nauseous all day, and all of last night. Feel like puking most of the time, and then for 5 minutes I'm starving! I'm struggling to drink anything too, so I'm scared I'm going to be dehydrated soon. But my GP didn't seem too worried, and the hospital is close by. I'm just super done with being pregnant! Does anyone know if major nausea is a sign of labour (or pre-labour? or anything?)?

Hey Guys!!! I have to admit that I am upset and a little PO'd that I didnt get to deliver my good news to you guys. I fell that was my right but well whats done is done I guess. Baby Aaliayh arrived safe and sound on Tuesday Feb 26th at 8:31 pm. I missed you guys!!! I will catch up later. I am gonna go post the entire story on the main board cuz I am long winded. haha I will be back though to go through the posts to see what has been going on. haha Luv you guys! Ill be back.

oh also... all my apt have been like that...nothing is going on and everything is ok. The only thing that happen was i tested positive for GBS

Hey sorry to b___t in on your thread here ladies, but treshala, I have to say, way to go on the second trimester board! I love how you quarantined some of the drama onto one topic. Hilarious!
