Howdy! I am due September 6th. However, over the past week or so, I have been having a number of contractions throughout the day. None are regular--one will happen, then another 10 minutes later, then another 2 hours later, etc. etc. They are a little painful, but they are not getting worse in pain. I am not dilated according to my last checkup. With my first child, I was not dilated during the last check up I had. Then, that weekend, I lost my mucus plug, and had a quick labor about a day later. I never had many BH contractions or other contractions with my first.
I am 37 weeks at this point. My first baby was two days early; it all happened so quickly. I am searching for warning signs to figure out when I will pop with this one. Anyone have any ideas or experience on having a fast first labor and then many contractions for a while with the second? I want to figure out whether to get my mother-in-law here sooner! Thanks!
