Oh that crib set is so pretty. I just looked it up. I hope my next baby is a girl so I can do the cute pink and purple stuff.

Well since everyone has told me that Freds man juice won't put me into labor, maybe I'll make a man out of him tonight, haha. I swear I hear things and then I get these stupid hangups. I do feel guilty though he's been patiently waiting for a piece of a__s and I keep shooting him down. You know what though, the drive just isn't really there for me. I'm trying to get in the mood but I just don't really have any desire for it right now. And plus I'm all big and round and chunky. I'm not exactly feeling pretty right now.

thanks, i really liked it. lol Gabby, my drive is actually back, but DH feels weird cause my belly is so big now. but i told him he was just gonna have to get over it and take advantage now cause after she is here he is gonna have to wait a good month until the month long period dissapears. what is everyone doing for birthcontrol if any after the babes are here? i don't want to get on anything, the patch gives me bad frequent headaches, the depo shot bloats me and i gain weight, the pills i forget to take sometimes and they give me headaches too, and thats with the low dose ones, and condoms i don't really like but will go with that. oh has anyone tried the nuvaring?

fefer1 - April 17

well - for OUR birth control, it's called a vasectomy!!!!! Yay!!!! :) haha....I'm done after this, especially since my dh has 3 kids from his first marriage. We are DONE! I haven't tried the nuvaring thing....go Gabby - I have NO desire for s_x whatsoever. Our anniversary is next Weds. too - guess I better get in the mood for my poor hubby. :) I feel so guilty, but it's uncomfortable, I feel fat and ugly - and tired. We just watched our wedding video a couple of days ago - it took my dad 3 years to complete it - and man, I was in such good shape!!! I have to look like that again! It was kind of depressing to watch with my current body. :)

kay101 - April 17

Go for it gabby! Even I'm allowed to have s_x still lol as long as it doesn't make my contractions worse.

ma1008 - April 17

haha, i feel fat and ugly too, but i still want it. good thing is we wont be this big in the summer. : ) i plan on doing a lot of walking and jumping on DD trampoline. i wanna get a workout video but not sure which one would be good. any ideas?

Ma, I'm the same way. When I was on the pill I had horrible migraines, with the low dose and the regular. So I ended up going on the depo shot but I also gained weight with it. Recently we learned about this is school and the reason why you get headaches with the pill is because of the high amounts of estrogen, and the depo is progesterone so that's why no headaches. But with the depo, it lowers your bone density over the years and thats why some women develop osteoporosis if they have been on it for a long time. But most doctors will only let you stay on it for 2 years now. I think we may try to have another baby quickly after King is born, maybe like 3 or 4 months. I want my kids to be very close in age. Me and my sister grew up 16 months apart and it was great, we had mostly the same friends. And Fred and his sister were only 13 months apart and they also loved it. I think it helps the siblings to remain close as they get older. But who knows, I guess we'll see how I can handle being a mother with 1 baby first, let alone 2.

Hi girls! Well I wish I had something definate to say about quazi but its really just up in the air right now - I woke up this morning he wasjust laying there looking miserable ..so I gave him some water which a half hour later he puked up and then I decided to take my ONE emergency credit card that only has 250 available on it and take him to the vet which I did (he also puked in the truck too which smelt like sewer). I called my friend like 8 times til she picked up and made her come with - They basically did the xrays and didnt see anything but she said sometimes with blockages they dont see anything until they open him up - she wanted to keep him and give him IV and maybe do more xrays tomorrow but I told her I cannot afford that at all and I told her about that one credit card so she said ok and gave him an under the skin IV and and some medication told me not to give him anything to drink today or eat then tomorrow slowly reintroduce water and if he keeps it down then give him his pills and then at night cook him some bland food like hamburger and rice and see what happens she said if he dont get better I would have to have more xrays done to see if they can find something otherwise they do other tests etc until they have to open him up and see whats going on and then at that point it costs upwards of 1500 because if he has intestines that have died they have to cut it out etc - I cant afford any of that - So I am just praying this is a viral type thing and he gets better .. I love that dog SO much but if i cant afford it they will tell me to have him put down cause otherwise its a slow painful death.

gabby509 - April 17

Oh Dawn, I'm sorry, I wish there was more that they could tell you. If they didn't see any type of blockage on the original x-rays that seems like a good sign. Also if he ends up needing to get the surgery, I have a good idea. I saw someone do it on Craigslist a while ago. They posted the story of what was going on with the dog and of course made it very very sad and emotional and then asked if anyone would be able to make a few donations since the man could not afford the care for the dog. So they just contacted his vet directly and made donations, until the entire cost of the surgery was covered. I know you are very independant and would probably not want to do that, but it's an option. Also, if I were you I'd make him ground chicken or turkey instead of hamburger, because the fat content is lower and will be less harsh on his belly. But hopefully he just has a little viral thing and you can just starve it out of him. Sometimes those stupid pig ears are what makes them sick. My Philly can't eat them because everytime she does she gets sick. So for now just love him and don't even think about having to put him down, everything will work out.

dawn - if he were a human I'd swear he had stomach flu. Is he still throwing up? Were the meds they gave him for nausea? If it's just a bug and he's dehydrated the IV should help. Dehydration is such a vicious cycle you throw up, get dehydrated, then because you're dehydrated it makes you throw up worse and get even more dehydrated. Hopefully that's all it is and he'll just sleep the rest off. gabby - i was on depo for about 2 years and did great with it. I was actually HOPING it'd make m gain some weight but no such luck. I didn't really get a period either, just a little spotting and it was awesome. I'll have been off it almost 2 years when my little guy gets here so I don't know if I'd be able to take it again yet. I know I wouldn't be able to remember to take the pill everyday.

Thank you girls I think I will get the ground chicken gabby it sounds better and no so greasy ... I am really praying he gets better - Looks like i will not be going to that wedding after all cause i am not leaving him alone for 12 hrs NO WAY ...if i come home to a dead dog I would never forgive myself or anyone else. She did a under the skin IV which I suppose he absorbed and when he came home he puked again 3 times .. so I dont know - She said to make sure he drinks nothing or eats nothing today - she gave him an anti biotic and a tagament for the stomache acid and then I have some pills here for him for tomorrow if he can keep his water down - she said to give him 1/2 a cup every so many hours then if he doesnt vomit to give him the pill then if he holds that down then to cook for him in the evening... I really hope its just a virus I cant handle anything happening to that dog right now he is like a son to me I know it sounds crazy but he reallllly is

Kay wow I read your post about your appt yesterday thats too much right there - Its so frustrating when you get something different from so many different people. Well I hope this all works out for you soon .. sounds like you have had enough ...or at least been through enough so far.

ma1008 - April 17

Dawn, im keeping my fingers crossed for you that everything will just pa__s and he gets better quick. make sure you take care of yourself too, i know with all that going on you might forget to eat or to rest.

kay101 - April 17

Hopefully that will help settle his tummy. I bet he'll feel a lot better once he's able to get some rest. Is there anything that will help him fall asleep like scratching his ears or rubbing his tummy? Yes I'm getting frusterated! I'm curious to see if at my next appointmnt if the doctor says I'm 34 weeks 4 days or 36 weeks and 1 day. If they say 38 week but I'd have to have an amnio I'm going to try to press for 37 if I have to go through that c___p.

ma1008 - April 17

Kay why would you need an amnio? My doc is doing the c-section at 38 weeks and he didn't mention anything about the amnio.

Sprinkles - April 17

Thank you girls that dog means SO much to me I applied for 4 loans last night to try and get something so I can feel like ok if he needs surgery I will get it for him but of course with a house currently in forclosure and no job and all no one will approve me ... bad timing with this dog .. Now my last credit card is maxed out and I have no idea whats going to happen with him yet - I hate not having answers. I sit with him and rub his belly and all but I cant sit on the floor too long i get all crampy and locked up then I get emotional so I am sitting here staring at him. Kay I cant believe they dont know how many weeks you are ..thats nuts ..I know with me they cant be wrong lol i only did it once haha
