anyone get really emotional before giving birth? I'm suddenly really really emotional. Maybe it's cuz of that funeral but man, I'm bored, sad, mad...you name it. Now I want to go cry my eyes out. :) I'm probably just frustrated with this pregnancy stuff - no sleep and aches and pains. aaaaaghhhhh!!!!! ok, I feel better. :)

Fefer- I just read today that restlessness, weepiness, and irritability can be a sign of approaching labor, so hang in there!!! Maybe baby will come later tonight!!! Catherine, sounds like you're pretty close...maybe the next 24 hrs? Are you going to be able to get away from those horrible dogs after the baby is born? I dunno how you do it...I'd call animal services on their b___ts. Lol.Yay, Disko- that bedrest totally helped out! Maybe you WILL be delivering closer to the end of the month!!!! I won't be alone!!! Welcome Super Excited mommy to be!!! Lol- I"m due between June 25th and June 28th, so we're pretty close!

Fefer- we should definitely meet up when you come out at Christmas. We're just 20 minutes from the airport in KC! I think we should all try to plan a get together...if it isn't too expensive a little down the road. It would be SO fun!

I still havve the poopies- thought I'd let ya'll know ;-) And yeah, I have to be careful about farting because I sharted a little this morning. LOL...hm..we'll see how long htis keeps up! I have an appt tommorrow and they're checking for dilation and effacement, so maybe they'll havfe some exciting news! Wahoooo! Or, maybe there'll be no progress whatsoever. When did everyone start effacing? What week? Dante is such a squirmer. My belly goes lopsided because he swings his back and b___t to the other side of my tummy off and on...its so crazy to see and feel. I'm always patting his little b___t.

I had loads to do today too, but I laid down for a nap at 3 and didn't wake till 5:30...I just started dinner not too long ago...but I totally bummed around today too. Hey, does anyone know if drinking whole milk helps to put weight ont he baby? Throughout my pregnancy I've only had milk with cereal or cookies bc I'm lactose intolerant, but I found this organic whole milk...well its chocolate milk..anyway-I found it at the Whole Foods grocery and I LOVE IT. I was wondering if anyone knew if that helps with adding baby weight on. I don't want him to be huge, but I don't want him to be small either. 8 lbs would make me happy. I want a chunker. lol

Ugg what a day I had this idiot email me about a freezer I am selling on craigslist and he wanted to come see it ...so he pulls up in a elantra with his mom who needs a cane to walk .. I was like O great so he made me cut dinner short and drive across town with a newborn and chas for him to LOOK at a freezer .. what the hell did he expect to see .. did he want to see if it spoke ... or walked maybe I mean COME ON then he is like .. can i come get it tomorrow I was like you know what I will let you know .. I have a newborn up there I cant be lugging back and forth everday - he just said ok and i told him I would email him - its such a pain in the a__s for me to go there plus I had the electric shut off so now I have to lug a flashlight around ... just ridiculous Im over it - I dont feel like selling it to him Im disgusted. Catherine they had to break my water - and my contractions were all over the place but they were sooo painful and they kept getting more painful ...could be sooooon!!

haha christie you are too funny! I don't think the milk is going to make a difference. Actually, I'm not really sure HOW babies gain their weight - I just know that the longer they are in there the bigger they usually are. I think the one DRINKING the milk needs to be careful. :) And the weepiness and stuff - it's so bad! I seriously want to lay down in bed and cry my eyes out for no reason at all! I'm never like this. My husband said we could do whatever I wanted tonight but then nothing sounds like fun, but sitting here I'm just bored -and then I get frustrated and sad and want to cry some more. haha...the neighbors came over to see if the baby was born cuz they heard a lot of car doors slamming last night. Nope not yet. And after I complain that everyone bugs me asking if he's here yet - hardly anyone called me today to check in on my due date and that annoyed me. Guess you can't win with me these days! :) I was at 35 weeks when they first checked me for dilation and stuff and that's when I was at 3cm/80%. I wouldn't stress too much about it though cuz everyone is so different. some can start early and go into labor late, others can dilate not at all and go into labor instantly. It is exciting to know how you're progressing though. :) Hey - we should totally find a way to get together when I'm in town over Christmas. Maybe we can stay with my BIL for a day or two when we head that way this year. Flying into Wichita is so expensive - I hate it, but it is nice to not have to drive a couple of hours to wichita after spending all day in the air! Anyways, keep us posted on your appointment! :) I'm gonna feed the little munchkin and..the big kid. :) check in with ya later!

wow, I got a burst of energy out of no where.. went grocery shopping and completely rearranged my room.. like everything has moved it feels so much better. and now there are guys bringing in new couches and stuff yay!

so its like DEAD on the site tonight... I guess I'll just go to sleep lol...

Newly wed me too and I swear I could kill people too. My dear sister in law stopped by on Saturday. Instead of calling to ask us a favor like usual she drove over a half hour to our house to ask (could be cuz I have been ignoring her!) But anyway her 8 year and 4 year had pink eye the week before and she brought them to my house!! I am having a baby in 2 day s and you bring pink eye to my house!! I cried like a baby!! MY hubby flipped on her and I walked around the house with clorox! Then I just watched some sad memorial for a women who was BRUTALLY murder here in our small hick town. And the waterworks were on. But I would have cried like baby not pregnant probably!! BUT man I go in to the hospital tomorrow!! For the gel I am so excited!! I swear this baby is going to be 9 pounds and I am not joking!!

Hey heather LOL, I know that sign in is quite a mouthful. Everyone can call me Alley. Ok so i went to sleep last night and woke up feeling good so no baby yet!!!!!! It is so strange i have felt so good, happy , not emotional at all and the last few days i am moody, frustrated , and annoyed. Poor hubby doesnt know what is goin on!!! Gonna have a snack now.................soooo bored have a fab day all!

Good luck today raiken! I went to bed early again last night heather - violet was super moody last night until she finally went to sleep ..then she was knocked out until 2 and slept til 530am then i nursed her again - nursing her took me a hour then she puked it all up lol ... i was like ahhh man!!! my precious MILK hahaha but i think I am refillling pretty quickly now cause they are sore all the time and i hear her swallowing alot when she is nursing. Well Im off to take chas to school be back in a little bit

congrats to Sprinkles, Kay and DDT n your babies! wonder who will be next. i am miserable right now. went to the hospital thurs night for contractions but got sent home b/c it wasn't progressing. since then i have had them off and on. i've been working from home the last few days. walking, eating pineapple, spicy food and even had s_x with dh and nothing! i keep getting contractions, my cervix is thinning but not dialated. getting frustrated. anyway, hope everyone else is doing better!

did fefer go into labor last night? Oh, and buckeye, Eastcoast had her baby too! Same day as Dawn! Last night the thread WAS dead. I had a late dinner and DH and I watched Father of the bride 2. It was hilarious. Went to bed...woke up three ties to pee...my stomach was hard the whole night...its still quite hard. I dreamt I went into labor last night too. I think it was the movies fault. I feel so bad, but this week my best friend is having one of her baby showers and its on Thursday...an hour and a half away. I told her I'd go and last week I was all for it, but since yesterday I've been so "blah" about going becaue I don't want to drive and stay the night out there. I do, but I don't. You kow what i mean? So I hope the appt today says something like I'm 50% effaced and 3 cm dilated so I'll have an excuse not to go. LOL. I"m HORRIBLE! I'm going to go get diapers, wipes, and shampoo today and get my hospital bag ready to go. So I think besides Raiken having her baby today or tommorrow, theres going to be another one this week,...but who? I;m going to go hop in the shower to get reqady for the day.

when did eastcoast have her baby? i must've missed that on the forum. i am trying to decide if i want to start my maternity leave early. i can't take work anymore and am not sure how long they will let me keep working from home. i 'm scared the baby will be late though and then i'll barely have time with him. uggh. decisions.

gabby? where O where is my gabby.... do I have to find genos and come ring your bell with a cheesesteak and coldstone ice cream to cheer you up?!
