Thank you buckeye!!When is your due date?.. I bailed on a childhood friends shower too christie cause I didnt want to be too far from home she lives in NY so it was like a 2 hr drive but 2 hrs in a car all big and pregnant was not appealing at all lol

hey guys, it was very slow last night.. I had no one to talk to till a July mom came on and chatted with me for a few minutes.. I could not get myself to go to sleep... it sucked =/ Alley, that is a lot easier LOL. Christie I was wondering the same thing about Fefer.. I think she would have texted someone or something though... *shrug* we'll see.. I hope she did other wise she is past her due date and that stinks lol.

hmmmm.... well I'm off ot my appt and I'll be running errands, so I won't be back till later this afternoon girls. Text me if there's any news on fefer or gabby, wherever they are!!!!

my offical dd isn't til 6/21 sprinkles but i have to believe baby will be here soon. i've had a lot of conractions the last 2 weeks. i am thinking i will start my leave by 6/13 at the latest- if baby Dominic isn't here yet, but i am trying to be positivie!

hey girls - thanks for wondering if I did have my baby but sadly, he's still in there. :) I DID have a crazy dream though that I gave birth at 6am - at home! I was woken up by some pressure and was like oh my gosh, the babies head is coming out! So in my DREAM I had my baby with no labor pains and one push and no tears. haha...I can only dream, literally. ;) We went for a walk last night and had dinner and took care of Rachel and crashed in front of the TV. No one was on here so I just turned off the computer. I was a major crab last night but I feel a little better today. And where is GABBY??????? Why aren't you checking in????? Amanda???Kay??? hmmm....It's raining here and so nasty and gloomy. I think I'd feel better if the sun was out. Everyone is calling me today already and it's only 9:30. I think I'm going to leave a message on my phone that says "NO, I have NOT had the baby yet." Ok, maybe I'm still a little sensitive. :) I think I'm mad at my doctor for giving me hope that it would happen sooner. Ally, I know what you mean about the moods - I've suddenly gone crazy - and I've been pretty stable most of this pregnancy. ugh...well, it will happen sometime in the next 2 weeks for me for SURE!! ;)

hey mommies.... so I see we are hanging in there with our babes, huh? Becca - I know.. I swear I was thinking the samething about my short cervix. The doctor measured it again and it got shorter by a half of a centimeter making it a whopping 1.4 cm.... So I was thinking to myself hmmm.... I'm totally effaced and 3.5-4 cm. dilated d__n where is my cervix?!? LOL and how oh how is this baby staying in there?!? I dunno. So isn't tomorrow the big day? omg guys the ligament on my left side only the one that like attaches my thigh to my pelvic bone is straight up killing me. Even when I'm not on it it sends sharp shooting pains and man oh man does it hurt. By the evening I'm limping and the pressure from babes head on my cervix doesn't help. I must look ridiculous. But I too got a little cleaning bug up my booty last night and totally cleaned my kitchen. Cleaned off all the counters from the ma__s piles of c___pola that 'she' manages to leave. I'm talking piles and piles of unopened bills and mail... 'she' is a major packrat so I took all of it and put it in 'her' room on 'her' bed. *evil snicker* I think she was p__sed when she got home last night but I really don't give a d__n. Why would I want to see her c___p all over my kitchen counter??? Dumb. So ladies, I am gonna go eat a breakfast jack and I'll be back soon.

I'm just checking back in ...still no gabby eh... I may have to give her a lil ring and see where she is ! Buckeye I would def give yourself some 'you' time before you have the baby ...like a week and a half is good - whenever I cant decide between one and two weeks I start the wednesday ..so its a week and a half lol I always did that around my vacations haha I just ate a pb&j sandwich now I am watching violet get ready to cry lol ..I'll be back later lol

hey there - just got back from the mall. I walked around for about 2 hours and now I'm exhausted. Think I'll try to lay down while Rachel is asleep for a bit. :) I'll check back in later - seeing as no one really seems to be around right now.

hey everyone! I just got back from walking aorund the mall too, Fefer! I bought a couple cute ummer dresses that work for being preggo and not preggo, so I'm happy. I also go suckered into buying a ceramic flat iron for $150!!!! Dh is going ot KILL me when he finds out...if I tell him how much I spent. Its "priced" at $275, but the lady gave me a "discount",so I feel a bit better...plus she threw in free shampoo and conditioner. But this flat iron is amazing! I've wanted it for over a year and havent bought one bc I've been waiting ot get a good quality one...its 100% ceramic. Anywho...thats my splurge... :-P So i DID get exciting news: I'm 70% effaced!!!! Yaaaaaaay! But she said I'm only dilated a cm...so I dunno where that really puts me...considering your position DISKO...you're like completely effaced and not going anywhere! I have two nurse friends who think I'm like a week away...but my actual midwife thinks i'll make it to my due date...so I have no clue!!!! Fefer- this HAS to be your week...just maybe a little later. :-S Weird that you dreamt about going into labor last night too!!! Maybe Gabby got her labwork results in and they wanted her to go in for an induction? Wouldn't she text us though?

christie... its pretty normal for first time moms to efface first then dilate... then in subsequent pregnancies since your body knows what to do it will efface and dilate at the same time. but thats awesome you are at 70% YAY. I think Gabby would have called or texted SOMEONE, Dawn is her "buddy" I think.

okay- well thanks for filling me in on that! I didn't know! I called my sister and asked her bc since she has two kids- I figured shed know, but she has no clue about those things. Lol- shes kind of a ditz when it comes to pregnancy sometimes...she has no idea whats going on. No news on Gabby then, Dawn? Where is she? Maybe taking a reaaallly long nap. How effaced are you, Heather?

SOOO>>> Ladies I think this is my last night as a june mommy LOL I call first thing in the am to the hospital to ge the gel!! I was supposed to call in the afternoon but I saw my doc today (the baby has dropped more but still stuck at 3cm 80% I think i am at -1 station now vs a -3) He told me to call first thing in the am so that way I don't stay at the hospital all night and then get up at the b___tcrack of dawn and go back!! I am so excited!! He even mentioned that I may not need Pitocin after all he just may break my water and go from there after the gel. I just don't know what to do tonight. I am trying to remain calm because I know that maybe I won't deliver tomorrow but my doc felt confident I would. I could just sit here all night and rack my mind with all the induction stories on the internet but that wouldn't be a good idea.

OMG OMG OMG GABBY HAD HER BABY BOY!!!! She left me a message I cant believe I missed her call but violet is screaming her head off for the past 30 mins .. She said she had him at 1:30 he was 9lbs 1 oz 21 inches long!!! WOO HOO GO GABBY!!! I'm going to call her back in a few once violet quiets down see if she picks up the phone !!
