oh yeah and thanks dawn... i hope i feel better soon too! i'm thinking about calling my doc tomorrow and asking him if there is anything he could prescribe me.....

Grr my computer wouldn't let me sign in so I just did a system restore and set it back two weeks and now all is well. What the hell does afrin have in it?? That's one thing I've never tried. Get some puffs with vicks and some breathe right nasal stips....they'll make you more comfortable. haha I tried a shamrock shake the other day! I remember back when finding nemo came out they had this triple thick rasberry shake and omg it was so good!

hey Disko - you can take antibiotics for your sinus infection - I read it in my "what to expect when you're expecting" book, AFTER going to urgent care and having the dr tell me she wouldn't give it to me. I think you could even call your OB and ask for something. Thanks MA for the spreadsheet - it's great. :) And Gabby - I didn't see anything attached to your email. Sprinkles - did you do a walk through with your tenants when they moved in? If you have something in writing you should be fine - and you don't need a lawyer for small claims court. My friends have a few rentals and have had some major issues - but I do know small claims court is pretty minor. From what I see, the landlord always seems to come out ahead. I rented a place one time and the landlord refused to give me my deposit saying my cat had peed in the bathroom and ruined the floor - it was actually the toilet leaking and not my cat - and that I didn't clean the place and she had to hire a maid. Now, I am a neat freak and worked my a__s off cleaning the place and was so p__sed. I was going to take her to small claims court but since she was a principal I knew I would never win. I was really p__sed about it though. I've NEVER had any of my deposits taken - ever. Anyways....renters can be a big pain in the b___t. Good to know you're doing good Lou! MA, I have horrible tailbone pain and it's horrible trying to roll over in bed or get up off the floor - which is challenging for me since I have an 18 month old who wants me to play with her all the time. :) I would LOVE to get a ma__sage too!!!

oh wow dawn... low b__w! hahaha lucky girl. heather - thanks for the insight! i was thinking there has got to be something some sort of antibiotic he could prescribe me. i've always had really bad sinus infections.... like chronic (and not the kind you smoke lol)... and like the last few months i think i have had it like 3 times.... i do believe that i will call my doctor tomorrow though. well tomorrow is crow's doctor appointment... he is gonna get a couple of shots so i know he is not gonna love it!

If they signed off saying everything was in good condition they aren't in any position to change their tune now. I know they'd given me zithromax before when I was preggers and there a plenty of antibiotics that are safe to take.....I've been given that several times for sinus infections because I'm allergic to so many other things.

disko - pregnant women tend to get sinus infections that are harder to get rid of too because of our nasal pa__sages swelling more. It sucks. Mine has FINALLY gone away almost, without antibiotics, but a lot of misery. :) Sprinkles - sorry you stress in court. I do too but small claims is no big deal. It's good you got a signed statement as to the condition of your rental. And I know what you mean about judges not quite going along with what the law states. Sometimes I think it's all about their preferences - which p__ses me off. We have a huge court date tomorrow with our child support deal - and I'm praying it ENDS after 2 years in Illinois and paying lawyers money that hasn't done one thing for us. Good news is, the duplicate child support order finally got cancelled and they won't be taking twice the money from my dh's checks - but now it will probably take them a year to send us our tax money that got diverted. grrr..it still p__ses me off. We were ready to buy a nice new kitchen counter and now we have to wait. I'm hoping they don't screw up our tax rebate that comes this spring.

aww Fefer good luck today!! It is a shame how you cant go into a court and get a fair hearing for anything - last time i went to this judge he told me he is a firm believer that big dogs such a rottweilers do not belong anywhere but on farms. That really p__sed me off. I know he is a jerk .. they feel like God cause of their position-

the signed paperwork goes a long way, i was a legal a__sistant to an attorney and he would always tell me that whatever i did make sure i had it in writing. once you sign something you're basically screwed, so i think you got all the possibilities of winning Dawn. Gabby- i didn't see anything attatched to the email either. I have my appointment tomorrow, we'll see what monitoring plan the doctor has in mind. is it now that we go every 2 weeks? Disko- poor crow, he's gonna be unhappy.

I really hope so ma ... I got my 3 estimates for the carpet cleaning today and I am having 2 people give me estimates on the broken window cause it is hard to find people to come out for one window - I know i have 30 days to send them this list so I will do that by certified mail return receipt and we will go from there I suppose. It is so rainy and c___pppppy here today YUCK

Thanks Dawn. We need all the luck we can get at this point. We've spent enough on lawyers to send a kid to college for 4 years.It's disgusting. And he hasn't seen his daughters in over 2 years. So sad. My DH is ona business trip this week too so I have to wait till tonight to hear the results...it's gonna drive me crazy!! Oh well - I've got an awesome husband and father to our kids so I can't really complain - at the end of the day it's just money. I just wish judges were a bit nicer to guys in the child support/custody situation. I've been researching every way possible to figure out what position my baby is in so I can try to avoid having a breech baby at delivery - I do NOT want a c-section. I can't figure out which end is what! I feel kicks/tickles on both sides of my lower pelvic area and big lumps in the middle of my tummy - and then kicks or pokes out my sides. Maybe he's moving all over??? I don't know how the dr knows he's breech - she didn't exactly feel my stomach.

I was just gonna ask about that Fefer. How do they know if it was a kick, punch, elbow, etc. or if its the head or b___t in your ribs?? i can't seem to fingure it out. Some women can be very sneaky on the whole child support issue. it's ridiculous, she should be happy that he is providing and not try to squeeze as much out of it as she can and in two different states, especially cause he has a family to provide for as well. how old are the girls?

Glad to hear everything is going well Gabby. How exciting to have the 4d done, my doctor does those in his office. Im sure at 32 weeks you'll have a good profile picture. Im gonna start getting a sc___pbook ready for this baby. i have one for Keily. I think were gonna start buying diapers now. How about you guys?

Yeah my next appt is april 2nd. They said that they like to monitor the pregnancy more closely the further along you get. There was a different doctor at the office today though and she was really wierd. I was glad that she wasn't going to be delivering me. She was talking super slow and every question that I asked she would like drag out the answer for like 10 minutes. I was like Ok can we just get on with this. I almost didn't want to ask her any more questions but I knew if I didn't ask I'd be mad at myself. I called out of work today too. So I'm trying to get stuff together for Easter since we're having it at my house. It's a few days away and I'm alraedy stressed.
