Pinching Cramping Pains @ 36 Weeks

I have these terrible pinching pains, my stomach gets awful tight when I have them. And my cervix area tightens. They have started being really bad since last night. And I don't feel like eating. Am I trying to go into labor or what? This is my first time. Anybody else have these pains??
