hmm, Diarrhea is pretty normal in late pregnancy because your body is getting ready for labor. vomiting is fairly common as well but Im glad to hear it has stopped for you, not only is it just plain uncomfortable and annoying it also rids your body of nutrients and water that you consume before your body has a chance to digest it. anyway, these symptoms are normal and there is no need to rush to see your doctor, however if you are concerned be sure to mention it t your next appointment. also, make sure you are drinking plenty of water. diarrhea and vomiting regularly can dehydrate you so be careful. good luck hon.. its almost over :)

A loose bowel movement or two is normal, but diarrhea for several days is not. Especially not when vomiting too. Please call your doctor.

hmm malicia may be right, while diarrhea is "normal" and is often seen as a sign that labor is approaching I do agree with malicia that 7 days may be a tad excessive especially when accompanied with vomiting. I a__sume you see your doctor weekly, how long till your next appointment? if you are other wise feeling alright and you are stll feeling the baby move regularly I dont see any need to rush to the ER, but YOU know your body better than anyone and you'll know before anyone else when something is wrong. if you are concerned then go to the doc or at the very least call and just ask, it couldn't hurt :) otherwise if you aren't too worried bring it up at your next appointment and see what you doc has to say.

just make sure you are getting enough water - I had a flu - coming out BOTH ENDS twice while pregnant. I was just told to keep drinking fluids. I'd call the doctor though and let them know. It never hurts!
