I am 33 weeks and measuring 28. I measured small with my first pregnancy and delivered a 7 pound 6 oz healthy baby. Everyone is different

I think your body should not be compared to anyone else's. Every woman, and every pregnancy is different. As long as your doctor says you and the baby are healthy, I do not believe the size of your tummy should concern you, or anyone else for that matter. I am on my fourth and EACH one has been different.

I am 28 weeks pregnant. I gained only six pounds. My pregnant friend doesn't like being with me cause I make her feel huge. Everyone tells me I am too small, but maybe they are just jealous.

I'm 27 weeks pregnant... and people say I'm really small too... personally I'm grateful... I didn't want to be huge... and as long as my doctor isn't concerned, there's no reason for me to be either. He says I'm right on track and my baby is very healthy... and that's all I care about :) so don't worry girls... if they say you're small... just smile and say "thank you :)"

i am 4months pregnant and my stomach still is not big i had a flat stomach when i got pregnant but now it looks bloated like i am full is this ok ! am i supposed to be showing by now

Your only 7 weeks!!! You have plenty of time to grow!!! Trust me!

I am too amazed that there are so many young girls on this board asking about "how big should I be", and saying that they are excited about their baby.......Honey, at 15 you should be hanging out with your friends at the mall or movie theater, not in bed with boys. Do you realize that if your daughter follows in the same footsteps as you, you will be a GRANDMOTHER at the age of 29 or 30! It could be even younger than that! Wow....I do wish you all the best with raising your child, but honestly, I couldn't imagine being a mother at 15. I'm 23 and pregnant with my first, and I'm scared to death!

I am 31 weeks pregnant, and my doctor has scheduled me for an ultrasound because i am only measuring at 25 weeks pregnant. Im hoping that the ultrasound will show all is well, but there is still alot of worry, and my doctor also said that i may have a premature birth because of my size. Im not "pet_te" so to speak, 5'10 normal weight of 135, ive gained 15 pounds, and just cant seem to do anymore to gain anymore. I will post again when the results come through! hopefully they will be good, so that anyone else having the same "measuring too small" problem can put their fears too rest also.

For those worried about not being big yet, I could not get my regular jeans on by 8 weeks but people said I look the same which really hurt because I saw myself as fat and took their comments to mean that I always looked fat! At 4 months I was in a wedding and you could only really tell when I stood sideways. 2 weeks after the wedding I wouldn't have fit in my bridesmaid dress...my tummy popped out seemingly overnight! It's been stuck out in front and expanding like someone's b__wing up a beach ball ever since.

i think i am having a baby and i am 3 weeks my jeans are to tight and it hurts my stomach is it going to hurt the baby

if you are a big person and pregnant how long would it take you to start showing and stomach harden

I didnt start showing with my first baby until I was 5 months along. Now Im on my second and by 3 months I was showing. If your jeans are feeling to tight DONT wear them it is important to wear loose fitting clothes. You can still wear cute stuff, you just need to find pants or skirts with an elastic. When my clothes wouldnt fit anymore I went to walmart and bought pants a size up than usual.

4 months for me was really cute, just a tiny bump, at 5 months it was cute too but people could tell I was pregnant. I really blew up at 22 weeks. (FYI, I am 5'2, 105 prepregnant weight, gained 25 lbs and lost it all in 3 weeks without trying)
