Hi -- Last night after going through some posts about "how big should my belly be?" and "go here to see a picture of my belly" I thought it would be fun to make a webpage with pictures of our pregnant bellies. Of course all I have right now is MY picture .... so was hoping some of you would send me your pictures. The page can be found at http://baby.ksh49.com Info on where to send the pics is there. THANKS LADIES

I just wanted to make a couple comments. First being size does matter when you are pregnant but, only when you Dr. has the problem. Before you were pregnant when you got up in the morning your belly looked and felt different too so why should it be any different just because you are having a baby. Especially when you are in the 1st and 2nd trimesters. Also, both of my children where late (10 & 8 days) They were both healthy babies so don't worry. Keep going to appts and enjoy it before it's all over and being pregnant is only a memory. It is normal for you to have your baby 14 days before or 14 days after you due date. It is still considered on time. Also, I have also noticed that there are alot of very young mothers. I am not going to judge them because only God can do that. However, I will speak my mind. I think that teen pregnancy is young to have children. It is no less exciting or amazing though. You experience is the same no matter what age. The birth of any and all children is amazing. Children are God's gift to the world. I was so proud of Mandy. Her story is very inspiring to alot of people I am sure! I also think it is maybe not the right time in their lives to have babies but, at the same time I have known some young mothers like mandy who have been great mothers who continued to go to school/ work and make something of themselves for their children and themselves and go on to lead very healthy, happy , and successful lives. One thing I am not for is abortion and I think if more people considering abortion whould take the time out to see the abortion pictures they would change their minds. The unborn child is very human at very early stages of pregnancy. I am not saying you should be a mother who doesn't want the child but, I am saying their are other options. Their are so many people who can't have children who would gladly take the baby and give it the life it was created for.

It depends on your pre pregnancy weight, but most people show around your time.

I'm four-teen, I know what everyone is thinking. And I'm sorry, I know it was wrong, and I know I shouldn't have done it. I don't have any answers on this topic, All I have to say is that I'm scared and I don't know what to do....

How to measure your tummy during pregnancy

Julie - August 12

My doctor told me that you should be measuring in centimeters the number of weeks you are pregnant. For example if you are 28 weeks you should measure 28 cm.

I have worked as an RN, and Lactation Nurse on a post partum unit for the last three years. I have a two year old son and am 35 weeks pregnant. Although seeing young girls have babies comes as no shock to me, some of the postings on this website have. Most young moms that I have had experiences with truly do not understand the demands of being a mother. Just because you have experience baby sitting or have younger siblings does not prepare you for the shock you are in for. You still haven't even obtained the proper education you need to provide for your child, especially at 14. Most places won't even consider giving you the time of day without a GED, or Diploma. Find your resources now!! Before this baby gets here. Join young mom support groups, look into schools that offer support to young mothers. To everyone else... what is done is done. If you have any good resources for these moms please let them know. It is better for us to help as much as possible than to harp on what can't be changed. My best advice..b___st feed your baby if you can. It is not for everyone, however if you can, it will save you money and most b___st fed babies are sick less often, which will allow you to attend school with fewer absences. Talk to a local lactation nurse to work out a schedule for pumping etc. as your life is going to be very hectic. May god look over all of you as you prepare for motherhood.

I think at least 1/3 of the posts on this website made by "teenage" pregnant girls are fake. I dont think theyre 15 or pregnant, but someone trying to get a rise out of you for lack of anything better to do. unfortunately because you dont have to provide even the most preliminary personal information, this type of chatsite is going to breed ignorant dummies who will make up fake personas. I say, ladies, ignore them and stop answering them and getting all riled up. the chances of these posters being pregnant teens are slim to none, no one is as stupid as some of these posters PRETEND to be.

I'm 36 weeks but the doc said i measure 30...hope nothing is wrong right?? she didn't mention any thing else about the size rather than it's normal..my whole family have small babies when they are born so i'm sure mine will be too that's why i bough all preemie cloths..

Krissy - August 20

I am having my first child and am currently 26 weeks pregnant. My starting weight was 115 and now I'm 150 and still have 3 months to go. I guess what I'm trying to say is that everybody is differnt, as long as your eating healthy, taking vitamins, and not doing anything to harm your baby you should be alright.
