even though this is an old post- it really made me smile and laugh! I can pretty much relate to everything (except eating sushi/fish and dying my hair) it is so funny! I am actually relieved to read that at least 3 other people feel the same way I do. My confessional: this has been the most miserable time of my life- I am so glad that I am having my tubes tied after my son is born because I never want to go through this again. I have had pretty much everything go wrong- I am sick all of the time. I haven't taken any prenatal vitamins since the first month because they made me sick, I am on Lovenox injections for MTHFR gene mutation but I forget to take them at least 2x a week, I am supposed to be taking Folic Acid pills twice a day but I forget to take them and I am lucky if I take them twice a week. I feel guilty but I just forget. I am supposed to be drinking 1 gallon of water a day at least and I'm really only drinking 2 pints if that. I can't stand to be around my husband because this is all his d__n fault anyway and everytime he walks in the door after work I have to hear how "tired and sore" he is. I just want to slap him. He sits on his big a__s all day in a comfy office and goes out to big lunches with the guys at work while I am at home trying to homeschool the rest of our kids, clean, cook and doing it all while I feel like I am dying. Then as soon as the kids are in bed by 7:30 or 8pm he is snoring his head off. It drives me absolutely crazy,. all that I want is some pampering once in a while without him falling asleep on me. AHHHHHHHH that feels better. My am just about 32 weeks and I feel horrible but I just can't wait to get this entire pregnancy over. I am a scheduled C-Section for 37 weeks so thank goodness I only have 5 weeks left!!! Now I feel better

I think this a great thread too. My biggest confession is that I drink a cup of coffee every morning. I didnt dot hat with my first dd, I hardly drank any caffiene at all with her. I eat uncooked lunch meat almost everyday. And I am terrible about remembering to take my prenatal vitamins.

i'm sure i'll have more to add later on lol. but here it is for now. i was off of caffeine for the first 2 trimesters, but now i treat myself to tea every now and then. i know i know, it's like being stoned with marshmallows, but i'm not supposed to have any caffeine. but i need it! let's see, i love my hubby and all, but if i hear about how tired he is after working and sitting in his $1200 office chair one more time, i think i'm going to beat him with it. that's it for now probably because i'm sleepy but i'm sure i'll think of more lol.

Ok... I'll spill too! I eat lunch meat all the time and I have to say I had no idea it was even bad for pregnant women! I've had 3 real cravings this entire pregnancy (I'm 37wks now) - first craving was in the first tri and it was sushi. I had to eat it - but haven't craved it since! I drink a cup of espresso every morning (did with my first pregnancy too). I eat about a sleeve of cookies a day (really)! I don't drink nearly enough water as I should - I have to pee every hour and by drinking more water, it increases that bathroom break to every 30 freakin' minutes. I play the "I don't feel well" card with the hubby a lot! It works! okay... much better!

I drink diet coke a lot!

clindholm - September 23

Hahaha! I love this thread! Ok, I eat like a freakin cow! I hate veggies and fruits (used to drink V8, but stopped in the first tri) I have cookies or ice cream every afternoon at work, and more ice cream at night. I have a cup of tea every morning (but I CRAVE ice coffee). I think that's all I'm willing to admit right now.

When I was pregnant with my son I was soooo careful and ate healthy and did everything right. This time I feel bad for being lazy so here goes mine-I have a 20oz of coke atleast once a week, I didnt exercise at all the first 4 months, I dont drink even half the water I should, I eat WAY too much and do not even try to control myself, I forget to take my vitamins atleast twice a week, and for the last 2 months I keep overworking myself even when I am exhausted. Oh plus, Ive been taking colace since the beginning and it never even occurred to me until the other day to make sure it was safe, I just took the doctors word for it. I partially blame my husband for all this, he has caused me a lot of grief during this pregnancy and with my last pregnancy he helped me remember to drink my water and stuff and he didnt help at all with that this time.

omg you guys totally got me craving some sushi for lunch right now....lol. This thread is great and I'm glad someone brought it back. I too, don't drink enough water or eat enough fruits and veggies. Right now i have no room for food and everything i eat gets stuck in my throat and doesn't digest. The hiccups annoy me too because she gets them so often but the worst is her pushing on my right ribs....UMMMMM, MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEEEEEEEEEASE BABY GIRL! :(

LOL. This thread is cathartic AND funny! Here's mine: I don't drink enough water (I manage to choke down a bottle a day during the work week, and on the weekends..nada). I was SO busy at work last Friday that I didn't manage to relieve my bladder until after 8 hours (and the urine smelled like a UTI coming on, but didn't TG), the thought of s_x with the hubby is gone from my mind and can't stand it when he wants to fondle my growing ta ta's! I eat WAY too much fast food and love sweet snacks, and drink entirely too much caffeine (even though I cut it way back until after 12 weeks..now I am more than making up for it). I think that about covers it for now..doesn't seem too bad to me?

mquintana - October 17

I am 34 weeks tomorrow...I stopped taking my prenatals on a regular basis...I like to drink Coke or Pepsi, and even Dr. Pepper...I over indulge in sweets...I went from 128 (pre-pregnancy) to 186 (my last visit on the 13th)...I managed to get special treatment at the Bucs football game and was able to go through the handicap entry as well as get a beaded necklace...I hardly show apartments due to my "condition"...I don't drink a lot of water, maybe one bottle and one gla__s a day...I take advantage of the fact that my DF doesn't want me to bend over so I make him get everything I drop...

susandutchak22 - October 17

This looks fun...guess I'll give a go at it too! Lol...I havent taken any prenatal pills this whole pregnancy (now 36 weeks), I dont drink nearly enough water...actually prob only about a bottle a week! I drink way to much coffee and pop! I eat junk and not enough of the good stuff! I complain that I dont feel good all the time so I get out of cleaning and doing things! haha OMG I could be here all day....so I will stop cause this is getting long....
