3 Mature Follicles From Clomid

Hi ladies, just got back from my follicular scan and have 3 giant follicles!! Im not getting an HSG shot this cycle, and was wondering how many of you had many follicles and concieved twins or more? And, was it with HSG shot or without?

Can't give you an answer at your question, sorry! But somethingelse... Did you feel the ovulation? did it hurt? I had such a pain yesterday, and today it is almost gone... I guess i was ovulating, cause my opk was very +++ on saturday and sunday. Could it be more than 1 follicle or just 1 big one? Hope you can help me out or someoneelse?
I took u/p clomid day 1-5 100 mg on the 4th of january. I ovulate on my own.
