6 Weeks With Colostrium Leaking And Huge Belly

I just found out that i am 6 weeks pregnant I already have colostrium leaking from my very sore br___ts. I am extremely nauseated and have very bad heartburn. I am very tired all the time and am having lower back pain. The man who I am pregnant by is an identical twin. Does it sound like i am having twins?

uhhhhhh Colostrum at 6 Weeks? That doesnt normally start til about 8 Months..

I thought colostrum would not be leaking yet but when i went to my doctors office and found out i was pregnant i told him about the discharge from my nipples He looked at it and told me it was colostrum and nothing was wrong with me.I am only 19 years old and this is my first pregnancy.
