Ladies first of all y/day wasmy birth day, I'm 26 now and childless! lol **** . Ladies I;m ttc''ing am I on track by starting ny folic and calcuim pills? If so should I stop with birth control pills now because my dates for O are not due yet! On my research I have read that calcium pills also increases the odds twins I'm also serching for other herbs like rasberry leaf , ladies mantles, soy etc I am praying for twins and plis help!

Hi Anathi! All i can advise you from what youve said is yes if you are TTC then taking folic acid and calcium is the right thing to do. and you would normally stop bith control pills after you've finished a cycle. But if your concerned you should see o doc
