well see the thing is Agida isnt really a yam, its a yam like vegitable. From what I've been reading its a root of ca__sava and they actually make a flour from it called garri. I found someone who sells garri and asked them to contact me. So we will see. There are actually quite a few African food markets here in the US. I contacted the owner of one about the Garri. I'll let you know how that turns out. :)

OH WOW.. okay here I am trying to find African stores and guess what.. anyone ever heard of Yuca? If you live in the southern states you probably have! Yuca is apparently the same thing as Ca__sava. Which i think is sort of strange since I always thought Yucas were cactus not shrubs. Apparently there is a difference between Yucca and Yuca (just looked it up). But anyway I remember seeing Yuca route at my local walmart. Looked like a GIANT yam... (like 2foot long). So I am going to go buy some of those tomorrow and learn to cook with them. I'll put them in at least 2 meals a day whenever I decide to TTC twins :) (starting on Cycle day 1 or maybe the month before.) I even looked up Yuca on wikipedia and it redirected me to Ca__sava!
